One possible solution would be to let him have one account so everyone who dont wanna see his bullshit can put him straight to foes its impossible when hes got five accounts a week.

I would say the clear problem here is that I am right fundamentally, wouldn’t you? If I was wrong then it should be relatively easy to show me where, right? The main problem is the level of frustration people have that they can’t find any angle as to where I may possibly be wrong and they end up reacting like you have.

Wouldn’t it be a crazy world where Instead of looking to prove me wrong at every turn and throwing your toys out of the pram when you can’t - how about just realise what I am saying is probably right if you cannot find any reasoning behind what I am saying being wrong and either leave it as a result and learn from what I have said, or even crazier... agree. :thumbright:
that's the point, I've never tried to prove you wrong. Never had a debate or nothing because it never is with you. Referring to my other post my opinion still stands, really hope you keep this account so I dont have to see your warped bullshit everytime I come on here  :occasion5:

It's 8 months since this awful tragedy. Apart from the initial statements from the club it's been very, very quiet. If there was insurance in place I somehow think that by now we would have at least had some comment from City along the lines 'it's with our insurers' - even just to divert the flack they're getting.
More likely Tan's lawyers [whom I would be surprised if they weren't among the most expensive/qualified], are seeking to establish the legality of the contract and whether the club's case could be argued in a court of law. I seriously doubt City would want a 3yr transfer ban so I expect something to happen before the deadline. Either a payment without prejudice, or a legal defence of City's position, with a staement from the lawyers..

You have never tried because you clearly haven’t been able to, and it has clearly frustrated you.

Not sure if you know but there is a 22 page document. Read it and tell us where we are going wrong. :thumbright:

Am I expressing any hate then?

I have nothing against Cardiff at all. This situation is poorly handled without question though, but even some Cardiff fans say the same.

In terms of hate, I’m the least hateful person on this forum, wouldn’t you agree? Also not sure of your fitness levels, but for me typing on my phone is far from using an unhealthy amount of energy :laughing6:

It didn’t NEED to be changed or re-signed, it is perfectly valid as it is.

However, Cardiff and the player no doubt would want to opt to change it because as it stood he was ineligible to play in the league competition that Cardiff competed in.

If it was never re-signed he would still be a Cardiff player, just one that couldn’t play in the league.

Do you work for Cardiff City as you seem to have unparalleled knowledge of the contract status of certain players as well as unrivalled expertise on contract law

you do not need to be a CCFC employee ..just able to read a bit.

Why the need for a personal dig at my reading ability ? I’m no keyboard warrior just contributing to a message board on the club I support but if you want to make it really personally

because most of what he said was in a FIFA document which is pasted into this thread. nothing to do with your personal ability to read it. or him being CCFC employee.

You are a prick

For being right?

Dogfound has been extremely sensible throughout

It’s amazing how angry people get on here simply for others stating the truth if the truth is not what they want to hear. Will even happily turn on their own.

The board is fascinating
