You should have that as your sig to save everyone time, you must have accused every man and his dog of being Roathie. From memory that guy you are accusing is nothing like him.
Anyway as to this thread. Of course the majority of Cardiff fans will have been looking for Swansea fixtures as soon as they were released, the majority of Swansea fans were looking for the same. A minority of Cardiff fans see Bristol City as their main rivals and a minority of Swansea fans could not give two hoots about Cardiff, especially those who started supporting in the last 10 years.
Nothing to worry about however.

If they had a brain between them they'd know that cardiff and Swansea have played each other 6 times in the last 10 years.
Unfortunately, Swansea are our main rivals but it is a rivalry I would quite happily kill off.

That makes a lot of sense, being your younger fans wouldn't have had the opportunity to see you play us for seven years. And we all know the reason for that.

For me, Bristol have always been the biggest when it comes to rivalry. We rarely played Swansea apart from in the Welsh Cup, while Bristol and us were usually playing each other in the old Div 2. Swansea were playing the likes of Newport & Wrexham, and we usually beat all three comfortably back in the days when we virtually owned the Welsh Cup. I suppose for younger fans, Swansea is a bigger game because they have had a bit of success in recent times, but the rivalry you first experience in your younger days tends to stay with you forever.
Same for me, Bristol city was always our derby game, never used to give the tramps down west a second thought.
Paul & Steve, spot on the both of you![]()

You are in a small minority these days. I also have heard Cardiff don’t always sell their allocation for Aston Gate.

You don't appear to know much about the SW derby, something you claim to love.
The last game was February 2014 and the one before that was October/November 2013.
Both games were less then 7 years ago. Even I know this and I didn't attend these games.

As you have a whopping 10 posts and only joined the forum 5 weeks ago you seem to have an amazing insight on Roathie? I remember the original Roathie which was around 7 years ago so it is hard to understand how you know so much about his impact on this forum since then?
BTW Roathie has had so many different usernames that anyone accusing a new WUM of being him has more than a 50% chance of being right.

I joined my local library last month too, and took out a whopping 3 books. The librarian was equally ridiculously amazed I had heard of books prior to joining... Have a bit of common sense lad. You have no idea how many usernames people have, you just guess and assume everyone is one and the same.
Anyway, I don’t see why the person here is winding anyone up. He said the only league match you have a chance to sell out for is against Swansea. Which is true isn’t it?

Why would you want to kill off the rivalry ? Local rivalry is what makes football and sport in general more exciting.

Roathie, I believe I can tell it's you after a few posts.
If others want to believe it's someone else that's up to them.

So I am him now? What about the OP? Or are we both him? Roathie hasn’t posted on here for half a decade has he, not just last year. All the people you guys accuse of being him don’t count.
What am I winding anybody up over btw? I have been perfectly logical and fair.
