The narrative pushed by the British media is only uneducated red necks voted for Trump. That’s certainly not been my experience, with the Yanks I met. Love how he rips into terrorist loving scum like Khan and Corbyn.

The same narrative that they push on Brexit. I don't think its controlled, but the broadcast media in particular is full of the liberal left from top to bottom. The written press seems to divide but is more influenced by ownership and editorial input. We seem to get very little information particularly on Brexit that isn't influenced by agenda one way or another.

Oh forgot to mention this little beauty from the Editor of The New European. Those who vote leave are incontinent, actually he said " leak piss ". To date a quote that's gone unchallenged. An ageist hate crime if there ever was. Would have never got away with such a vile comment against any other sector in Britain. Perhaps if that's the case you can explain why such a low percentage either voted or would vote for Trump ?
You are entitled to your views on whom you prefer as a politician but let's not make things up.
Trump thinks climate change is "fake news", despite virtually every renowned scientist having a contrary view.
Trump is a fraudster who made billions by ripping off creditors by putting his companies into bankruptcy 6 times. Eventually he made money but only because of the vast amounts of inherited wealth he had to speculate over and over again whilst trampling all over the people he owed money to.
Where I do agree with you is that we have had similar visits for other despicable regimes (China, Saudi's, etc.) when we shouldn't have and that needs to be reviewed for the future for sure.
Quote:
Trump’s approval with black voters in May 2017 was 17%, 9 points higher than his actual Election Day vote at 8%. That was still 2 points higher than Mitt Romney received. It hit a high of 21% in July and fell dramatically to a low of 5% during the Charlottesville controversy before, again surprisingly, rising back up to 17% in July two months later.
The last figure was 16% in May of 2018 with an aggregate across the 12 months of 14%.
Clearly, if even 14% translated into actual votes on Election Day 2020, then Trump would win in a landslide given the heavy concentration of black voters in swing states. Remember, he won in 2016 with just 8% support nationally among black voters.

Now I'm confused !
Are you actually saying that as a result of Trump now has an approval rating of, on average, 14% that proves the original comment that Trump is "doing more for black people than Obama"![]()
So we'll just ignore the 86% of the black vote then
Bloody priceless !!
I'm not arguing whether Trump would or wouldn't get back in, the comment I was addressing was that he's done more for black people than Obama. If that is the case can you just tell me how or where ?
He's looked after the higher tax payers, National Rifle Association, corporate pollution contributors, etc., I wholly accept; but black people, women's rights (abortion laws), low income families, healthcare, etc. ? No way can that be successfully argued.
Let's stick to facts, 14% is not a positive approval rating no matter how you dress it up or are you arguing that the black population just don't realise how much Trump is helping them![]()

Calm yourself down eh....what it simply shows is you fobbed off the "Trumps doing more for black people than Obama"
Ask yourself why is Trumps approval rising amongst the black population whilst Obama's at one point hit an all time low from his starting 80%.
In 2020 they are estimating over 20% of the black population to vote for Trump compared to the 8% that voted for him in 2016. That tells me he's improving things.
I don't get your let's stick to facts statement when that's all I've done.

It's called free speech/political satire !!
Now, if he had allowed the Trump balloon but not allowed the Khan balloon to be flown you would have a very valid point but he allowed both and upheld the principle of free speech and our right to express our views, either way, in a reasonable manner.

He didn't insult him, he questioned his policies.
