That’s it then.. And this is probably the best build up sentence I’ve read in my entire life!
“proper digital forensic examination” Hope you don’t mind me adopting that into my daily vocabulary.
As this will be going down the lines of a criminal investigation at some point then the mobile phone will be seized and a digital forensic examination will take place where a full digital image will be taken which will be worked on and translated within the confines of UK laws, until then this conversation is speculation, it is possible that the entire conversation could have been changed when translated and passed on.
It’s what we do mate! Speculate. How many soldiers do we need to seize a mobile phone and how quickly can it be done? We need to do proper digital forensic examination ASAP! I’m sorry mate, I’m going to use this every time I don’t understand a meme or a text. Just loved it
Did I say ASAP?
How many soldiers do we need? Ummm 0 how about 1 police officer with a court order.....
How do you think images and conversations are found in cases of company espionage or paedophile cases?
There are a set rules and guidelines to be followed before such evidence can be used, i certainly didn’t go through 5 years of uni and obtain a masters in computer forensics to be treated like an idiot in a football forum over questioning the validity of a conversation that could have been changed at translation before being handed over to the media...
And my observation also remains, you sir are an arse

Does anyone else find this statement concerning and desperate to try and wash their hands of any responsibility?
McKay said: "In regards to the booking of the flight, we contacted David Henderson (who did not eventually fly the plane) who has flown us and many of our players all over Europe on countless occasions.
"We had no involvement in selecting a plane or a pilot and wish to make clear we do not own the plane that Emiliano flew on.
There is no evdience for this and only an assumption...
From this statement, they've booked this flight with either an other agency/company or an individual (my guess David Henderson).
Look at this statement:
"In regards to the booking of the flight, we contacted David Henderson (who did not eventually fly the plane) who has flown us and many of our players all over Europe on countless occasions."
So they contact thier usual pilot who flys their jockeys/other footballers around, he said he can't do it, so they've now either asked him to find an alternative or they've approached a separate company.
Surely as the representative of the player it's their duty to ensure the new arrangement in place is: firstly safe, and secondly adequate for an 18 million premier League footballer.
It's always easier to say in hindsight but their responsibility in this instance would be due diligence on...
Who the Pilot was,
What plane they we're using & is that plane safe to fly in the current climate.
If their is any doubt about this then surely it is their responsibility as agents of the player to relay this info to Sala and then it would be his choice if he wants to proceed.
Does anyone actually believe Sala new there was an added risk of flying over water at night in this particular plane?
This statement really doesn't sit right with me and now it's clear where sky got it from... the Mckays themselves.
Again what’s the source? Were they obtained legally? Were they altered at translation?
Until a proper digital forensic examination of McKay’s phone is done then it’s speculation, in a court case it’s classed as inadmissable evidence and after all the trouble with the phone hacking scandal recently too it’s weird how they have ‘got a copy’ because it wouldn’t have come from Emiliano,s phone unless his WhatsApp account was hacked.

The source is on the top of the page! The paper have used direct quotes! Yes i know the media can bend the truth but Wales on line, BBC & Sky are all using the same quotes. Therefore this has been directly said from a statement from the Mckays. This hasn't been released by the police investigation etc. They released the texts to the press to clear their name and have made a statement with it.
The rest is just me reading the statement and giving an opinion. I've clearly said that there is no evidence in my opinion on the matter!! Could be tottaly wrong but Im sure a lot of other people are wondering the same!!

This is a direct statement in English to the English media. They have then quoted this in the report.
My initial post was on how the agents are trying to distance themselves from any responsibility not on the legitimacy of the initial text messages.

I agree it does appear shambolic and I can't help thinking releasing these messages is nothing more than a back covering exercise. To mention the experienced pilot by name who it appears was logged as the pilot of record, but was not on the flight or anywhere near Nantes, , raises serious questions about the legality of this flight.
The agent has moved very quickly to distance himself from Mr Henderson and that for me stinks of covering his backside.

What I’m saying is is that they could have changed the conversation when they translated it to the media, the only way we will ever know the proper conversation is if the investigating authorities seize McKays phone and have a forensic examination of the phone done as part of the investigation which will give them the full conversation which they will then officially and legally translate as evidence.
Any evidence that comes from phones or computers falls under Digital Forensics and need to be correctly and legally imaged and searched, the back log with SWP alone is 6-8 months, imaging 1 hard drive/phone depending on the size can take a minimum of a day from start to finish then once that image has been taken the investigator will then look for evidence via specific search parameters on the image, the only time the device is touched is to take the digital image. This search can be a lengthy process in itself, so the true conversation may not come out until the end of the year
