Suppose people prefer we were still there with poor crowds and standing still as a club? Each to their own
We have moved on despite all the things that have gone on, i have no doubt we would not have achieved any of things we have if still there. :old:

What we achieved since being at CCS was done in a colour completely alien to Cardiff city. That's not achievement, it's a f*cking embarrassment.

100% with you, we have not gone forward at all, same old division, fan base divided and a bigger debt, plus much of the pride and passion has gone due to Rebrand and New Stadium.

Attendances since new stadium opened

2009–10 20,717 Championship 4th
2010–11 23,193 Championship 4th
2011–12 22,100 Championship 6th
2012–13 22,998 Championship 1st
2013–14 27,429 Premier League 20th
2014–15 21,123 Championship 11th
2015–16 16,255 Championship 8th
2016–17 16,564 Championship 12th
2017–18 20,164 Championship 2nd

Not gone forward at all? We've made the Prem twice, a championship play off final and League cup final, the fan base has finally come together after a difficult couple of years (2014-17), a lot of debt is being turned into equity. Passion and pride gone because of the rebrand that happened 5 years ago? We've changed back to Blue and got back into the Prem and some of the atmosphere i've experienced down there have been absolutely immense (off the top of my head all the swansea games, the championship winning season, beating man city, drawing last minute with Man United, playing leeds, wolves and many others)

Yes the send off for Ninian Park was terrible but we needed to move as we couldn't have got where we are now in that ground. To say we've achieved nothing and not gone forward at all is a ridiculous statement IMO

It was a sad day Annis, thank goodness the we got to witness a 'Spectacular' firework send off to compensate for the performance.

And City players in all White to walk around the pitch

And very half-heartedly, if I remember right!

A damp squib of a day at the end of a disappointing season where more was expected. This was exacerbated by a poor 'goodbye' performance where a point against Ipswich would have seen us in the lay-offs (we finished 7th on goal difference) :(

The real shame for me is that I didn't get to see a Premier League season at Ninian Park. That would have really shaken up the opposition and given us a real atmosphere advantage. Imagine 19 games like the Leeds one. Additional points assured.

I recall the Sheff Wed fans cheering when it was announced Preston had taken the lead therefore meaning we were going to miss out on the play offs.

Roll forward a year and it was ou last game of the season at home with Sheff Wed our visitors. We had already qualified for the play off and they were in a relegation battle where they needed to beat us to survive. We beat them 3-2 with a couple of goals from Bothroyd. I was sitting in the Family stand right next to the away fans. Some of the comments we got from them as they left I just had to remind them of the previous season. Talk about stopping them in their tracks. Karma at its best.
