HT 1-0 to Cardiff
Well, perfect from the Bluebirds.
They’ve seen next to no of the ball and yet are in complete control and have had the best chances by far.
Sheff Wed simply have to change something. Other than Adam Reach, they’ve offered next to nothing. It’s not the blood and thunder of friday night, but Cardiff are half way to an outstanding three points.
Fingers crossed...

Wednesday back on the ball.
Wed Oct 19, 2016 7:54 pm
Unsurprisingly, Wednesday are introducing Forestieri. Abdi goes off.
Simply had to happen. That gives Cardiff something to think about.

Looking good so far
Wed Oct 19, 2016 7:56 pm
Its now all Sheff Wed attacking
Wed Oct 19, 2016 7:57 pm
Free-kick
Forestieri already making a difference here.
Popping up in spaces and winning free-kicks.
Hasn’t come to anything yet.

Excellent
So good from Hoilett.
He dances into the box and his low drive is saved by Dawson.
When he gets the chance, Hoilett is beating people tonight. That’s encouraging to see.

Now come on City
Wed Oct 19, 2016 8:04 pm
Unlucky
Good from Wednesday who work an overlap at the back post.
It comes across the six yard box and while Amos blocks Pudil’s shot, it’s in at the corner.
Wednesday have their tails up and Cardiff just need to hang in there for a little while.
Wed Oct 19, 2016 8:06 pm
Amos should have saved that, I have no idea how he allowed that to creep in! Marshall would have saved that!
Wed Oct 19, 2016 8:06 pm
Owls on the front foot now, Forestieri presses and forces an error at the back, Reach takes over and shoots wide
Wed Oct 19, 2016 8:06 pm
Steady now...
Reach shoots just wide after a bad Morrison error.
Cardiff on the ropes and just need to steady themselves.
Wed Oct 19, 2016 8:08 pm
So close
Wednesday a different team with Forestieri on.
He slides in Wallace who fires just over.
Pilkington on for Noone.
We’ll see Chamakh any minute now, he’s stripped for action.

Double sub?
Pilkington and Chamakh coming on by the looks of things .
Excellent sliding challenge from Bamba on the field.

The ball goes out for a throw and for some reason Pilkington gets involved with some afters with Pudil.
He appears to move his head in towards Pudil, but no cards shown.
Bit lucky there, I think.
Wed Oct 19, 2016 8:17 pm
Anthony Pilkington has scored 4 goals in 5 career matches against Sheffield Wednesday, more than any other side in his career.
