I'm not really a fan of Sam, never went in any walks, not in any circle etc, but I loved it when he first took over. I recall daya telling us what was going on in a chat room on another site. I know he ran out of cash, but wasn't he phucked over by the council and certain people who were also on the board? If good way hadn't lost he would have got the ground thru planning one way or another, knowing how the council works. But he lost, the new top man was having none of it, nor was his buddy PG, so Sam knew he was never going to get it signed off and HAD to let it go. He had to sell the retail to pmg when it was planned to all go to the club wasn't it? Maybe it wouldn't have and Sam would have gone anyway, who knows?? But he had a plan of sorts and lost it all to the Taffia did he not? Feel free to correct me as my memory is terrible.

The Council blocked Hammam being able to sell off a football stadium and a retail park and all it's free given land. It was a good move by the Council, they were preventing another Wimbledon talking place.

As for Good way ..... Well I think we can all work that one out !

Remember Hammam and Good Wedge touring Cardiff on an open bus looking for sites to build a stadium ? ...... Borley had it all in plan exactly where the stadium sits today !

It was all a stage act , right from day one. Hammam knew the Borley stadium plans when he bought the club.
It was all about free land given by councils and cashing out on both football club and retail park. The council ensured this couldn't happen.

A. Never heard of West Spam, I've heard of West Ham of course, you know that team who drubbed Cardiff City 5-0 in the play offs and now are 6th in the premier league.

B. I'm not obsessed , although I did enjoy watching the real old Cardiff City at ninian park, great club, great times. I do pop on here from time to time to keep up with the news and have a bit of banter. The Scam situation I've just waited my day, before your time you see I got slaughtered for stating Hammam was a con man ! Funny enough I got slaughtered again when saying the club would be turned into a Malaysian franchise too..... I was correct on both points. One thing I do agree with you on, is that I believe Sam was not acting alone. We can speculate on the who, why and where situation all day, but with no direct evidence to back that up I am simply happy that the whole situation appears to be dealt with

Daya if only you'd listened to the Wimbledon fans you'd have known long before leaving the inner circle that Sam was a conman. Most footy supporters in the country knew that, he never was in love with the club as he said he'd just found one desperate enough for him to try it on with and fans desperate enough to listen. To be fair, I've known Daya since I was a kid (I'm mid forties) and seen him home and away supporting city over the years until he had enough. He's actually a nice bloke. Rubs lots of people up the wrong way but don't we all to some extent? At least he admits when he's wrong.

Reisty my new found friend oh well here goes.

A. I confess I do like a bit of message board banter and the odd wind up too

B. Not obsessed really, although took a lot of shit on here when started to expose Sam Hammam when many others didn't want to believe or listen and were still having a love in with him, when clearly he was full of shit. So seeing him finally totally exposed and proven correct does give some satisfaction though I must admit. Considering I was even attacked in a strip club from behind ( not that i would have won the fight anyway) all over my comments, I'm sure you would feel the same way as I, and we were out actually celebrating a play off win! But that's what the Hammam inner circle became fuelled though by Hammam.

C.Back to a City game? struggle with that one, firstly I'm banned and secondly I live in Spain these days, so more likely to go and watch my local football at Malaga CF. I get every West Ham on the TV here but never get to see the small clubs like Cardiff as the TV system doesn't show them.

D. Rubbing up wrong way on a message board? Sometimes facts hurt, also never take football forums too seriously, how can you when most he time you don't even know who you are chatting too and in an enviorment of key board warriors and snipers

E. My thoughts on Vincent Tan regieme? Bloody hell ! All guess work but I think he made a lot of mistakes and turned what was a fantastic club into a malaysian franchise circus and dont believe any club ( well apart from Millwall or Spurs) should have to go through that. There's massive debt there but then hes a billionaire, same time though strange he doesn't attend anymore when not long ago he would fly in on his jet from across the world for a game. Has he got bored? I think he will do the debt to equity though eventually,not that it will make much difference anyway because without his finance the clubs fucked anyway. Personally I think after spunking millions, he's now trying to get back to the premiership on a tight budget where in reality is his only chance of flogging the club on for enough for a return on his dough. The franchise was rebuffed ( rightly so- eventually) and did he lose face and interest then?
