anyone competent would see it as an opportunity. Harder to take over a successful club in some ways

Its not really an attractive business proposition for a potential investor to see club supporters deserting in their droves.
It would have been better, economically for Tan to manage his exit using his business head. Change the kit back to blue and employ a passionate manager who will get fans into the stadium and backing the team. And then make a gracious exit.
Tan seems to be doing his level best to run us into the ground, like a petulant child. What business minded investor would want to put money into Cardiff when there is no prospect of making an economic return?
We need to get in a passionate manager, like Bellamy, to encourage a turnaround in crowds and support. Then hopefully, we look like a better investment opportunity. I don't think this is Tan's plan though. He wants to strip the assets and then cut and run. I hope Im wrong.

The players show No desire or passion and the tactics well they just don't exist.
It really is time for our Club to have a New Owner and New Manager.
The club needs clearing out from top to bottom.
Clueless Owner and manager.

For me Slade put out a very strong team to face Shrewsbury who had just lost their previous game 7-1 and lie 20th in the Div1.
For me this was a shocking/dire and shambles of a game by City and it will certainly not get our fans to return.
We had a very strong team out there and struggled at times against a worse than poor Shrewsbury team.
Tonight sums up how bad our club has become, another virtually empty stadium, followed by a shameful game.
Annis, I wasn't going to go tonight but my daughter nagged me and I wish she hadn't. There was no passion from the players bar a few and another showing from our inept clueless manager. You're right, we need a clear out from top to bottom.
See you in the morning Annis

Where the f**k is that better brand of football?
I can't think of any club right now that still has a manager as hated as ours? No one wants Slade at this club. He needs to leave now, and then it's up to our owner to give us a good appointment to replace him.
The answer is Tan and Slade are both clueless regarding football
Slade is Tan's revenge on the fans for daring to challenge him on the red bollocks.
Tan sitting at home pissing himself laughing at what we've become.

When we were up for sale before (at a much cheaper price than now !!) they were hardly queuing around the block to buy us !! In fact, the queue consisted of Dato Chan with Tan in the background.
People really need to get real, Tan may well wish he never got involved and want to get out but he will not take a loss on his investment. He isn't that stupid to think player sales will make a dent in the money he is owed with only Marshall worth anything substantial.
We have to resign ourselves to Tan being here for a while, however, I do think that Slade is on borrowed time. Even if you accept the argument that Tan is running the club down his losses will increase under Slade once the squad pruning his finished as the attendances have reduced so much. I do think that Tan, and certainly Dalman and Choo, will be really concerned about attendance numbers.
Even if Tan is desperate to sell he knows that the price of a club attracting an averaging attendance of 20,000 is much more attractive to a buyer than a club attracting 12-14,000 a week. He may be many things, but he isn't stupid when it comes to making money !!
Just use common sense here and take the emotion out of it. Tan is here for a while, Slade ............... I'm not so sure.

Your right we are stuck with Tan for now, but 100% Tan wants out ASAP. But there are no takers at this moment in time.

A) Vincent Tan cannot sell the club, as who would want to buy our club? 5,000 fans... Hardly a great advert. Plus, what new owner wants to be laboured with the debt?
B) We are blue again, we play in the Championship, and are high up. Why arent people coming to games? We are luck the Newport County game was postponed because we were about to have a lower attendence than the tiny club 7 miles up the road.
C) Why should we sack Slade? He has got us into a reasonable position. We are hardly title contenders. Who would want to manage us? Whilst I would like Bellamy in, he is not qualified, plus I doubt people would come back.
D) My entry, why arent we recruiting Welsh players? We are the only Welsh club playing in England, that doesnt have at least 1 Welsh team regular. It is a joke. Declan John? Tommy O'Sullivan? We even let Yorwerth go, and he has already played for Ipswich.

One of the few 'positives' from the Tan era is that (done properly) Cardiff City FC has the infrastructure and proven support-base to get to The Premier League and stay there. All we need now is someone who can 'action' it properly!
