Complete tosh post. Really, really bad.
Some observations.
1) that's the point we haven't carried on the slide. Despite selling a lot of players to minimise the wage bill we are solidly top half pushing for the play offs.
2) we hadn't just beaten the champions. That was our 2nd game. We had just got hammered by Southampton in a match where the players looked like they clearly weren't playing for the manager. Insipid, we were found out and didn't have a plan b.
3) you are mad if you think we wouldn't sell out if we were in the premiership. We would get close if we were top of this league.
4) our stadium in the premiership had a capacity of 28k. Average price of ticket £25 to £30. Therefore there is no way the takings are down a million a week. We didn't have that to start with.
5) transfers wise. Malky signed lots of players who cost us big and we didn't get anything back for.
Miller 750k - released
Kiss 500k - will be released
Velikonja 2.5 million - will be released
Kim - 2.5 million - released
Catherine Theophile 2.5 million - will probably be released
Peter Odemwingie 2.5 million - swapped with KJ who will leave for free
Cornelius 8.5 million - 3 million back (possibly)
6) where have you seen Malky is touring the world watching coaching sessions? I think might be made up. Even if not he needs it (as Slade could do with it or any manager/coach)
Apart from the above you made lots of valid points.

Neil, using this as an attack on Malky is weak. We could all use the fact Tan burst into the dressing room before the Newcastle games informing the players they were not going to get their promotion bonuses. We could use the fact Tan had already disrupted the club well before the Southampton game. To say they were not playing for the manager is rubbish. Tan has upset the apple cart in the wrong way and let's be honest the club have never recovered from it.

Malky is 100% not responsible to why our ground is deserted,no soul and the club broken from top to bottom.
Even Slade can't really be blamed.
Tan 100% and his Circus, plus Nash.

Good for him, if the times clash, it's much better that he's playing rather than watching football.

Funny how the media don't want us to know how well loved this family man continues to be regarded by icons like Alex Ferguson... Malky with an unblemished twenty years in football until until he fell out with Mr Tan...
The financial fair play system seems to me designed to keep the bigger clubs at the top... Akin to America's franchise system, it seems Blackburns owners thought they were buying a franchise, hence their haste to sack Big Sam Allardyce when they were mid-table and hire someone for less...
The debt to Mr Tan is rising all the time, didn't it nearly double last year... So even if savings of £20 million are made, the debt to Mr Tan is increasing at a far greater rate... For Tan to get his money back, the club need to be really challenging but it seems even now he will not at this time spend the money necessary to attempt to build an entertaining goalscoring winning side. Without this I feel City will struggle more and more as the financial stranglehold kicks in.
One can only imagine what Malky had to sea with while trying to keep his previously winning teams morale up... He pretty well built the team from scratch.... He must have suffered six to eight months of unrealistic nonsense from Mr Tan before he was finally humiliated...
