The near-simultaneous attacks in Paris that killed at least 128 people were an "act of war" organised by the Islamic State (IS) militant group, French President Francois Hollande says.
He said the attacks, carried out by eight gunmen and suicide bombers, were "organised and planned from outside".
The targets included bars, restaurants, a concert and a high-profile football match. IS claimed the attacks.
Mr Hollande has declared three days of national mourning.

What about the "refugees" that are going to be given asylum in Britain?

20k is nothing compared to Germany and Sweden. All those we are taking in will come from Syria and the refugee camps in Jordan. They will be some of the most vulnerable people who are unable to travel, certainly not terrorists.

I understand the need to do something but we cannot take any of the pond life currently in Europe, yesterday has proven that we can't risk it. I would take 50k Syrian children if we could, give them proper support and care and they will grow up British with the British way of life instilled in them. Any young men of fighting age should be avoided like the plague.
