We just need a team that goes out and attacks we just look utter shit going forward. If we wernt getting results but each game having a good go I think Cardiff fans would accept our position more.

I would prefer Mackey mouse Pluto or even Dai Hunt than that drunk looking Slade.

Thinking about it I'm glad most fans are in agreement.

The forum gave me a slamming headache everyday from people arguing for and against Mackay, for and against Solksjaer.

He spent money on Doyle last season and loaned him out, does he expect more money for another striker. Fees on malone, okeefe, Kennedy and still a huge wage budget no doubt.
We have a lot of good players not being used, the squad is big enough we don't need loans we need a manager who can adapt the squad to the players we have instead of trying to fit what we have into a ridgit 442.

For me trollope until January.

Dutch Ray (Could do Wales part time) maybe with Bellers or Trollope?

Or if not JFH

Or if not someone like Warnock

I do feel sorry for Slade, considering the mess we were in and the budget and conditions he has worked under he has done quite well. The thing is he was never given a chance, but wouldn't command enough respect from Tan or the board to be given a chance......

I've always thought our squad was overrated and we were punching above our weight early on.

Unfortunately, injuries have caught up with us, Slade needs help with a bit of backing but Tan won't give it to him.

I still think what Slade has achieved under the constraints he's had to work in has been a miracle.

I still don't see how bringing in a different manager will help at all, as the new manager will also be given absolutely nothing to spend by Tan.

So who else is going to join us on 125k a year with the impossible task of improving us with our current squad, without being given a single penny to spend?

I fully agree the injuries have played a massive part in our recent troubles. Losing Kagisho Dikgacoi and Keywene Jones being the biggest blow. Slade has not helped the situation by reverting to the failed Gunnasson and Whitingham midfield axis. When you chuck in Alex Ravel it is not hard to see where things are going wrong.

The answer is for Slade to deal with his elephants in the room rather than waste more resources by sacking him and bringing a new manager in

Good debate. The best suggestion I've seen is Trollope and Bellamy. They're both already with the club so they will work for Tan. They will give us a young, dynamic management team with fresh ideas.

I can imagine the pair of them bellowing at the team on the side lines getting the players to play for them. I would welcome this approach and realistically, I think it's the best we can currently hope for if we get rid of Slade.

I have always stuck up for Slade but I do take the point that we don't seem to be attacking teams and having a go to try winning games at the moment. That's all the fans want to see, our team having a go.

Slade's rigid 4-4-2 system currently isn't working and if Slade doesn't make the required changes to freshen things up and turn our performances around, even I will start questioning him.

What chance does Slade or any other manager who comes in have when they're told by Tan the squad is already good enough and they won't be even allowed to bring in a loan player to help our depleted, injury hit squad?

I feel sorry for Slade, he hasn't been given a single penny to spend this season.

It's a shame the knives will be out for Slade tonight when it's Tan at fault for not allowing Slade to use the wages we freed up by loaning players out to bring in the extra quality we needed to build on our impressive start to the season.

Dai Hunt.

Let's be fair - could t get much f*cking worse than it is now.

Nigel Pearson would get my vote.
Seems to always talk a lot of sense.
Don't think he would cost the earth either.
