Yes Man

First clue to Slade being a yes man was when he first arrived. The players he could work with was already singled out for him.
He didn't even have a look at them before pushing them out in the cold. Some are stupid enough to think they where the highest earners, but nothing from their past, present or future will suggest they where. A manager who cant assemble his own squad!? That is not a yes man? Having taken a look at Burgstaller, Berget and Guerra who i didnt know very well, the club fucked up big time letting them go for free. Between them they have scored 19 goals so far this season making 8 assist. Only Guerra play striker, the others play on the wing and midfield. Both Burgstaller and Berget have gotten a reputation for pace, very hard working and their reputation have risen big time since l they left. Not to mention their value. No doubt Malmo is a better team than Cardiff and Nurnberg is about the same. Both being key players for their team. Guerra i think most know is preforming on a different level. He has been a model professional all his career. Never made complaint. But suddenly he is a disruptive force at Cardiff?
There have been players confirming that Slade had nothing to say on who stayed and who left, its not speculation.
If a manager cant decide witch players to use, he is the very definition of a yes man! If money was the only object, Turner, Gunnarsson, Whittingham and Noone wouldnt bee here. Simples

Surely by keeping gunners whitts and noone and turner (if they are the high earners ) which you think tan wanted gone to recoup his money just actually shows slade is not a yes man

So I've to prove he is but you cannot prove he isn't.

You say I have a simplistic view on this, where I think you are seeing conspiracies where none simply exist.

Like I said in a previous post I just think we have such fundamentally opposing viewpoints to ever come to an agreement on this.

Not a bad thing necessarily as different points of view are what make a message board and as I said before we're all Bluebirds.
