What game were you watching mate? Yesterday's playing style was a pleasure to watch after last season's shite.
Are you having a laugh, centre backs too slow, midfield not creative and a lampost up front in Revell. Where was the improvements from last season?

The style has changed, but it's hardly a huge difference. I wouldn't even say completely different as you suggest so. I must watch the game differently to many on here, because I still counted numerous occasions where the ball would go side-to-side or backwards, as in the second half, we were attacking down the right hand side, only for the ball to end back up at the feet of Simon Moore....what happened then? A chorus of boo's rang around the stadium.. did you miss that part? Perhaps the other 15k people don't have the same opinion as you my friend. There have been plenty of seasons worse than last year since the 1960's. If you stomached the mid 80's then you are immune to crap football and would turn up no matter what. In recent history I can understand anyone who stopped going because of the rebrand, but to state the football on offer now is the worst ever is rubbish.
I can't even stomach the people who stopped going because of the rebrand to be honest, if you're a true fan, and can muster up the courage to watch the dreadful football on offer, then I'm sure you can accept a colour change and a new crest.did you see any hoof ball? no it was 99% on floor your another of these it was crap football with out seeing game? as it was not last season's football played yesterday,
Correct, most of the game was played on the floor, but tell me, how many times did the ball end up at the feet of Moore, who looked for that long ball and flick on with Revell? That tactic sounds awfully familiar to when Jones plays up front. Which I'm sure, if Jones sticks around, will continue to be the dross served up by this idiotic man who calls himself a manager.im sure they are just trolls looking to be different, there are several on here at moment saying basically the same thing? how the fck can you compare last season's football to yesterday's is astonishing!

Christ mate, we were hardly exceptional or exciting Saturday. You lot are making it out to sound like we were one of the best sides in the league.
Defensively poor, midfield slow and lackluster. Thought Ralls was completely ineffective on the left, as you seen with him coming inside too much. Midfield was completely unbalanced as well, three central midfielders, with one winger, would have been interesting to see us go 4-4-2 with Noone/Ameobi with Pilks on the other wing. A lot to be desired for the partnership of Mason and Revell too. Mason barely touched the ball, and Revell continued to run around like a donkey out los ose for the first time. All in all, far from good enough, even if it was the first game of the season.

your beef is nothings changed well you and about two others say nothings changed since last season in the football we played yesterday! well nothing on this boards match report says that we were playing like last season, it wasnt perfect far from it but same as last seasons style mmmm no way unless you are in time warp and was watching a game from last season!
Real Madrid it was not, but it will certainly do for this league. All in all, progress and passion.

Umm wasted their money purchasing season tickets, glad you don't work in ccfc's commercial department!!
If you buy a season ticket and don't turn up you are clearly wasting your money, it's f*cking stupid if you ask me
aren't you supporting your club financially?
what about those who work?
what about when you are ill?
what about when you are on holiday?
what about when you missus won't let you?
what about when the traffic is a nightmare due to egg chasing or there is a train strike?
what about seeing the bigger picture?
Every week?
well it will be every week across all those with season tickets, doesn't mean to say they have wasted their monies purchasing.
and to be fair, how many st holders pass to friends when they are in a position of not being able to go.
Not a waste of money to the club, the point I'm making.
i have a ST and i certainly won't be going every game! but its money in bank for club regardless! do pass it on when i can though

Nothing to do with Tan Annis, this is all about glory and hope, under previous regimes we have been promised and told lies, I.e Sam Hammam and Peter Ridsdale. Tan delivered his promise, but with conditions, he also naively thought getting us up was the road to riches. The premier league if you can stay up is the only place to be.....![]()

The facts are there.
We have the lowest ever home league crowd in the new stadium under Tan at this very moment.
Lowest since the Ninian Park days![]()
In 2 seasons we have lost 12,000 season ticket holders.
Yes thousands are glory hunters,I agree, but under Tan fans are voting with their feet and we are going downwards big time under Tan.
If I am wrong, where are the fans?
We were in the Championship when Tan arrived and the crowds were bigger than now.

Officially the lowest attendance for a Cardiff City Football League home game since May 2008, although many have suggested there were lower 'actual' attendances at various points last season.
To me it felt a better atmosphere yesterday than 90% of last season's home fixtures. So maybe it's true cardiff not plastics which imo is better for the atmosphere and players pick up on it
