The alternative is what? Labour?
Who have run Wales for decades, look at our NHS and education system. NHS in Wales had its budget cut by Labour run Assembly - NHS in England had budget increased by Tory government.
We rely on public service, non-productive jobs for our employment and hand outs from other countries to pay for our ever decreasing standards of service and living in Wales. Labour have controlled Wales for years, over seeing all this decline and child poverty (whatever that is) has increased, as our education and health has declined.
Socialist ideology has failed in every country it has ever controlled (throughout the world and history) and always will. The only people who benefit from socialism are the ones at the top controlling it, just look at our country where the divide betweeb rich and poor increased under the last Labour government. Blair, Kinnock, Miliband all got rich from socialism while pretending to care about the poor people.
So keep supporting them and their personal wealth generating plans.
At least Farage has a plan (that is costed properly)and involves freedom for our country to make its own decisions and defend itself properly.
You seem happy to live off handouts from other people/countries. Maybe we should start trying to stand on our own 2 feet without scrounging/living off scraps that others want to give us. Are you happy to keep receiving hand outs for doing nothing and just pass the debt on to our children?
By living off these handouts we are dependant on doing what they say - so no independeence, freedom or incentive to earn for ourselves.
Thats the socialist way, keep us dependant and under complete control (Housing, education, hand outs etc). Lets get our freedom back and decide our own futures and what we want to do. vote UKIP.
Correct. Jobs should be on given on qualifications, experience and suitability. Too many people in top public service jobs (MP's and AMs included) lack all 3 of these.
There should be a points sytem and only immigrants who can communicate in English (or Welsh or Gaelic) should be allowed in to the country and get a job. UKIP idea by the way.

Well said Aberblue, agree with almost all you say there.

Are you an Aberystwyth "Aber"?

If so you know exactly what Plaid Cymru can do to wreck a constituency like Ceredigion.

I would like to vote UKIP in this election (for all + more reasons that you have outlined above) but trouble is my constituency is a CON/LIB marginal with no other party having a lookin. So I fugure a vote for UKIP would let the WET lefty leaning Liberals back in - so I voted Conservative (who should be doing the job of UKIP on the Right).

Anyway - Blooobirds Forever !!!

I have always voted Liberal but I now live in Cardiff North and do not want another conservative government without a restraining influence which would be the Liberals, so I am going to vote tactically and vote Labour to help get the crap blue army out of Cardiff and then we will only have the True Blue Army in Cardiff :bluebird:

I don't think Britain will EVER go bankrupt. We will never be like Greece, our economy has been built up so well the past couple of centuries, ok imperialism kinda helped a bit aswell as th industrial revolution. Labour would do a better job than this government.

Anyway I see Cameron staying as PM.

I voted Labour.

If UKIP got anywhere near a government, it would be a disaster.

Will be staying up to 6/7am to see the results come in, but Labour all the way for me.

We were on the verge of being the next Greece.

If you want the reality of the situation spend 10-15 minutes reading this.

Here are the debt clocks for the EU and EU countries too.

I'm off to Bulgaria next week and then I'll be hoping to move to Prague most likely to get a job there. Low debt per capita, decent standard of living and good infrastructure.

I knew you wouldn't be happy

Yes, Labour made massive mistakes last time but Ed Miliband has accepted that and admitted to Paxman and since that interview that they got it wrong.

Going to be a very interesting night, with both parties neck and neck. I just hope Labour have picked up more support in the last few days.

I am voting , but who ever you vote for look at the manifesto, not just the name.

I voted Labour at 18 , Lib Dem at 25 , Conservative from 30 years old onwards.

A clue In My voting strategy:-

I'm now very hard working and believe there is no Free Lunch :sladein:
