The real key for me is that the club had us in its hands for years where fans had to renew or they'd miss something.....whether it be a cup final or premier league game. Now most fans have seen both so dont give a shit.
I'm afraid a lot of people like myself would rather pick and choose games even though they have season tickets. I've seen lots of shit since 86 but even my love for the club has faded.
I missed a few games during the rebrand and have simply found more enjoyable things to do.

We had 500 fans locked out of ( griffing park ) brentford years ago as there was no room for them as it wasnt made all ticket so they opened up half the home terrace end for them yet this weekend we cant even sell out carls coaches which i cant believe theres still spaces left, shows how shit our fan base is these days

I was one of those fans locked out, and didnt actualy get in. Supporting carsiff was fun then - not because we were good (we were worse) but because the experience was fun. We had unity and a great atmosphere. That has all gone.

I think the club should announce if this is the case, and definitely these fans should not be included in official attendance figures. Perhaps the club should also do something in terms of offering these fans some kind of offer to allow them to attend the last few games. I could be wrong about this, but I wonder if it's a possibility.

No one is saying if you had money to burn?
When we were in the Premier League our fans paid £50 a gameto some away grounds and we sold out at 99% of every ground we visited. We now barely take 400 fans to some away grounds, less than a year ago we were taking 3,000 fans

The actual real attendance Saturday of Cardiff Fans was 11,350![]()
(So Ive been told) plus 950 Charlton fans,to me that is absolutely shocking.
Personally I thought there was a couple more thousand than that, but even that would not be good.
We have our Identity back so there is NO excuses at all![]()

Yes we are now a Championship club, but we are virtually safe from relegation.
Yes the football has not been good at all, BUT surely We Support Cardiff City through the Good and Bad times?
We all miss some matches through family commitments etc,but this has been happening virtually all season?
Also Ive been told season ticket sales for next season are awful.
I for one will be renewing my families and mine later this month as usual,I hope thousands of others will to![]()

The fallout post malky, pretty shocking season last year after all the years of trying to get there. The jacks doing it effortlessly, fans being ignored, taken the piss out by the owners, no atmosphere in the ground, over zealous stewarding not to mention £35 a ticket if you haven't got an ST, what a total rip off.
Then there's the shocking football and a team full of overpaid twats who couldn't give a shit. Looking at this, I'm amazed we have any fans left at all, many just walked over the rebrand and they can't be arsed to come back as they have better things to do.

I have supported this cub through thick and thin for nearly 50 years. I would have continued to do so whatever the colour of the shirt, but it is a real struggle to continue to be enthusiastic through the football being produced by this clown of a manager, even though he has some decent players at his disposal. It really is shocking. He is killing the enthusiasm of thousands.
