Why is there talk of Tan having to accept big losses when he goes?

Others have left before, like Sam, and continued to hold the debt over the club.

Surely Tan can do the same and the vicious circle of previous owners being creditors continues.

tan could always get a partner in and get some of his money back and still be in for a killing if we ever got promoted

Cant do anything with stadium it belongs to the city of cardiff not club! Covenant or similar on it to prevent it being sold :thumbup:

The land is on a long term lease from the council on a yearly peppercorn rent ,
