Didn't realise you were one of them that received these infamous phone calls?

Put it this way i wasnt alone i remember polo telling me he had people looking for him in his local, although i had some who turned up in my local but it wasnt even my local, how mad is that but its all water under the bridge now as this club has sucked the life from me the last few years time to move on for now

Wez, it's not because of bad performances though is it? It's because our club is now unrecognisable with our soul being ripped away. Our stadium has been vandalised with a red stand. People involved with our club have mistreated loyal servants like Mark Hudson and then brought in a complete scumbag in Ravel Morrison. The fans who have had enough are most likely the diehards who just want their club back, whatever the level. They haven't stopped turning up because of poor performances, they have stopped turning up because of what our club has become.

I'm not disputing that. Premiership football is a big attraction. All I'm saying is those who have decided to stop going probably wouldn't stop going if our club was run differently. I'm sad fans have been driven to this. I will always do away games for the day out, visiting different places etc, but I'm seriously considering whether to renew my season ticket for home games next season myself.

After 9 years in the 4th Division, not missing a home or away game,I can put up with anything that happens nowadays. The only thing that nearly made me walk was the Rebrand, but I decided to stay and keep the BLUE going as I love this Club to much to let our identity die. :thumbright: :bluescarf: :bluescarf:

Down side is that I will be watching a different sport, with an equally shitty side at the Amway Centre who lose more games than Cardiff.

Indeed Annis.

That is what kept me going. What surprised me when the rebrand came was those so called fans who wanted us gone. If these guys were around for those dungeon days that might have appreciated other fans regardless of their opinions and feelings.

Neither do I Annis.

I can honestly say we as a club have never had a situation like this. It has not really sunk in with me that it could turn out like this with a billionaire in charge. I longed for the likes of Tom Jones or his ilk to take us over but for this well I still cannot believe it is happening.

Annis, I was there in those dark days, as you know; certainly at home (my job kept me from doing too many away days) and you are 100% correct in what you say in the last post above!

The rebrand is a 100% no-no for the real Cardiff City FC and/or its paying supporters, but it should never be used as an excuse to leave the club when the reality is that the real Cardiff City FC have rarely needed the supporters to stay strong in their support (maybe defiance) and keep the blue going, as those who remain are doing to their credit!

Those who are now 'outside' the club can't really do too much other than moan, can they??
