That statement is f*cking embarrassing, I'm, and you should be a City fan what ever happens, and however shit it gets.
And trust me it's been worse than this!

Who are you to tell me how I spend my money?

I think he is referring to the "Final season as a City fan" statement you made and not where you should spend your money. Afterall is't it the team/club you support whoever is manager :?:

I'd still look out for scores, find streams and that but I'd pack in going to games

We've been here, he did as well as he could with what we had... His man management was appalling, and I was lucky enough as a sponsor at the time to attend several training sessions and also take part twice! We had lunch in the training venue at the vale upstairs and we met dave regularly for a q&a session..

Players out on the piss a night before the boro game... Chops and his gambling... Players turning up late for training.. Was all a bit unprofessional..
And who can forget the Play offs and fa cup final with his team selection and none belief of youngsters....

We are trying to get back to the premier league and become a well established club.. Dave jones just likes the golf courses..

Come on seriously? It's not like there isn't a selection out there. 20 applicants apparently so no need to go backwards to the Jones ere which was garbage

I agree I don't like the miserable sod but sometimes "it's better the devil you know" and whatever his shortcomings not everything he did here was bad.

My personal choice would be Pulis and I think VT should crawl over broken glass to get him, but at the end of the day it's his money and nothing we say will matter to him.

Can't think of a City legend currently a manager/out of work that would come here

With the exception of Newcastle I can't see any PL jobs coming up in the next few weeks, but I think the Newcastle faithful would see Pulis as another Allerdyce so that could get ugly. You never know in football and maybe a manager will get sacked or walk this weekend.

Pulis earned £1.5m at Palace and OGS earned at least double that here so offer him the same and I reckon he would think about it.

For me the biggest issue is that Pulis is old school and wouldn't accept any owner trying to interfere in team affairs so maybe it will be a no go because of that.

also if stories are to be believed city looking for director of football as well, so pulis would be head coach not sure if thats what he would like?

Not sure why Pullis is even being discussed when we have already been told earlier today that he will not be coming here.

Re: " UPDATED " ' Talks tomorrow with potential new manager

No to Dave Jones. Why go back to old managers ? It failed with Ashurst and Burrows and won't wok with Jones.

There's plenty of good options out there, let's spread the net... unless Pulis wants it, as for me he's the man.
