I was told late last night, that the regime have lost all confidence in Ole.

You were spot on... Meeting with Dalman today.

Time for a new manager and i would love to see Pulis take charge!

The meeting has now been 2hrs long so far.

Take as long as they need, but he wouldn't convince me that he can turn it around.... You can see players this year with their heads down just as last season with Medel and caulker's body language...

Ole is a winner, but he is very unexperienced as a manager and Championship is a hard league that is hard to get out of.

In long terms i think Ole can be a very good manager. But taking Cardiff straight back to the PL needs more experience. Don't think Ole is the right guy going straight up. Anyway, saying Ole is clueless is nonsense.

That certain players saying bad things about their boss happens everyewhere. It is impossible to keep everybody happy.

My thoughts? A little bit more patience, Ole had slow starts every season with Molde, but then they became unbeatable in the rest of the season. Why that is, i don't know.

A good write-up in fairness, and Ole is not clueless, just the margin of error for managers in top leagues are such that small details costs points. Norwegian football is very amateurish at the lower end of the league so any comparison to the Championship is a very hard one to make a case for turning fortunes around in such a tough league.
