Annis, how can you expect us Jacks to be honest when you are not honest yourself? I for one have always admitted that we couldn't compete with your numbers. But there is many a mob of yours that have come a cropper against us, but you don't wish too admit that. Why? I've been around a long time, heard your stories. Even how unstoppable you were at home in the 70's. But I was there Wales v England in 76 when a group of about 20 Palace fans stood in the middle of the bob bank with one massive guy in front of them and all you lot of hundreds did was sing 'WALES WALES WALES' at him whilst he and his mates just stood there laughing! Don't believe your own hype, as despite your numbers, you never were anything without them, and thats the truth!
I do agree, it was our numbers that helped us big time, I have also admitted that on many occasion we came unstuck at various places over the years.
At Newport Though? You seem to have respect for them, when my memories of going to Newport were akin to a visit to Barnet! And they NEVER came to Swansea!......
Newport was personal to lads like myself who lived in Cardiff, like Port Talbot & Neath lads to you lot. I went with the Port Talbot lads on a few occasions over to you and the hatred was really there.
At last! Because you have now admitted you hate us so much from those days that you wish to dismiss us!![]()
Seriously though, there is no way on this earth that we could compete with you lot when it came to it. The numbers were just to stacked against us, and any Jack who was around in the day would have too admit it if they were honest. But we really did have a good mob on derby days who more often than not would give you a good scrap. Sadly we couldn't be everywhere, and thats when it comes down to you having the freedom of the city sometimes!
Honesty Both Ways![]()

Port Talbot aka PVM & Neath, hated you lot beyond and think that was mutual.
Not from me Annis. The PVM were a joke and a bunch of kids. But i have always respected the guy Fullman from when he stayed in front of 250 of us at the guildhall when the rest ran! Now thats having bottle!
I know Fullman well, he was a good lad, one of the best, I have to disagree with you regarding the rest as I became good friends with all of themI heard about that.

Well if you believe the PVM and Neath boys were a good mob then you have to admit that the 'swim away' was an embarrassment for you guys as it was those guys that were involved? Personally I always looked on it as a bit of a laugh but now? Hmmm!

At the end of the day Annis, there was a mob of your guys down Swansea seafront at closing time in the pubs. They were there for a reason ie: They were up for it. What happened after was a laugh and a joke to us, but the bottom line is.... Your lot ended up in the sea! Theres no 2 ways about it! A result for us?.....Certainly not! Something to take the piss out of you for? ....Oh yeah!

Stan, A few kids in the sea, they don't say that neath port Talbot bluebirds had run them down by the guildhall before the game, that's all they go on about is chasing a few kids in the sea, whoopy shit.

And that post just about sums you lot up! You brag about the Neath and Port Talbot Bluebirds (apparently) running us by the guildhall before the game, yet when they end up in the sea they were just kids! So what's it to be then? You can't have it both ways!

.... And the running of your hundreds of braves picking on stragglers outside the Swansea Jack pub earlier in the evening, just after the game. Do you remember that too mate?
