Always likely to get goals at this level (and championship), what's his work rate like today?
If we can keep him interested in playing he could be a massive asset this season. Bucket loads of ability.

So a centre half going off means we score 3 goals! Such a clueless post I can't believe I am wasting my time replying.
Maybe we were half a chance of keeping the ball with him off? Coz all he usually does is hoof it to the opposition.
And were you watching the game to back up your quote? Or is this just one of your disliked players as try to slag him off or put him down at every opportunity? I know he's not brilliant in possession, but defensively was our best defender by a country mile last year.

Correct I didn't watch today. Thought that came through from my wording which was meant to be sarcastic but Turner does my swede in. 'Not brilliant in possesion' is the biggest euphemism I've seen. There's 10 year olds with more technical ability than the bloke. I also disagree he was our best defender last year. Just because he made some desperate lunges and tackles (quite often for making up for being beat or out of position) doesn't make him a good defender. Passing issues aside he fails to read the game and only ever reacts after something happening which to me is the sign of a very poor defender.
