i've bought the shirt from adidas themselves so wouldn't think there's a problem!
All the best with it as it is a nice shirt but companies like Adidas pay big money for the rights to use a logo (eg London Marathon), maybe there's a loophole if it is'nt the official badge but worth checking out before selling.
