He has had ONE, yes one, good game in the World Cup for crying out loud macheda had a few good games for Man united and is a championship player as a result. Why? Because he isnt very good.

As for Medel, I'm not going to get too into the debate you've had with someone else about Valencia. Based on last season, yes, they finished in an average position. However next season their aim will be Europe (of some kind) and if they choose to go for a player of Medel's quality because they believe he is of that standard, good for them.
