Sitting in Bristol Airport Annis has spent time chatting with Craig Bellamy.

Annis' opinion of Bellamy has changed after their chat about all things Cardiff City.

Seems Annis has got it wrong about Bellamy and his attitude and has had his eyes opened by many things Craig said.

Regarding Malky it seems Annis is even more determined to defend our ex manager and was stunned how much Brlkamy respected Malky and pleased Annis.

Annis has obviously spoken to Bellers and there has been a conversation that has changed Annis' views on Craig as a person and I can't fault that, as I have also had occasion to speak to Craig through mutual acquaintances and Craig isn't the monster that one or two people would have you believe. He certainly isn't daft either, but like all of us, he (Craig) may have had the "odd moment" for which he has paid the price before moving on

Both Annis and Craig's views are pretty forthright and people have the choice to agree or disagree with them, as many of the members on the Forum (including you) do. It's all about having a prerogative to do so and I will defend that (within offensive and/or litigative boundaries, of course)

I personally don't believe Annis (or anyone else for that matter) should divulge in posting private conversations just to sate the appetite of individuals who will twist and turn (as in this thread) to suit their own agendas

It could be argued, I guess, that Annis and/or Carl "started it" with the OP, but it is also worth considering (and this my view on this particular thread) that Annis has simply held his hands up and said "Hey, met Craig Bellamy at the airport today, had a long conversation and came away with a totally different view of the man himself"

He (Annis) also recently stated that he had been "pleasantly surprised" at how he was received by Vincent Tan at club dinner. That must have taken some balls, given Annis' publicly stated views on what he considers Tan has done to our club. How many others would have done the same??

Correct Brian, Bellamy chatted to myself in confidence for up to 20 mins and I am not going to post it all on a forum the point Carl was making originally was that Bellamy had totally changed my views on him and for the better and I hold my hands up regarding what I had previously had thought of Bells, as I was proved wrong

But some just want to twist things and stir it up including Jinks, very sad.
