" When it really mattered "

When the games that really mattered under Ole we got smashed, embarrassed and hammered and before you say here we go another shot at Ole, the facts don't lie.

In such a short space of time.

Can we all be honest, these were the big games.

Hull City home 4 nil loss
Swansea away 3 nil loss
Crystal Palace home 3 nil loss
Sunderland away 4 nil loss.

Sorry but there can't be any excuses for this.

What worries me is that Ole was naive and his inexperience as a manager in the Premier League, but at least he had some experience of it as a player, yet he knows nothing about the Championship.

Do you honestly feel Ole will bring us straight back up as thanks to our £130 mill debt created by Vincent Tan we have to come straight back up?

http://www.annisabraham.co.uk/news/

So this thread is ok to post in aslong as we blame ole and nobody else :?

Jinks, this topic is about Ole and his matches, no one else correct, we have debated Malky a 1,000 times. Ole is our current manager and has brought in his own back room staff and 7 new players.

Ole has to start taking responsibility for his results and if he had kept us up he would of taken the applause.

Surely even u can admit Ole's results have been abysmal and yesterday to loose 4 nil to the bottom club to send us bottom is down to Ole, no one else.

So you can only contribute to this thread if its to basically slate Ole??

Its what is happening now that matters and thats what this topic was about.
If we had stayed up,then it would of been totally down to Ole in my opinion and his results.

Blimey this thread has fired up!

If ut is solely about OGS then I tend to agree that he deserves a proper window this summer, or we'd have been better putting in an interim manager.

However, the results have been shocking and yesterday needs an explanation, nit the grin we seem to get from OGS. He was known as The Smiling Assassin, but I thought he was meant to aim the shots outwards!

Serious questions need to be asked of him now IMHO. If he can't come up with a plan for the next 2 games and the next season, then he should go. It is down to performance management (of OGS).

Ole will prob get next season,I dont think he is good enough as a manager, but during matches Ole will always have my full support, but on here its about opinions and debating.

Ole should be accountable for the above shocking results against poor oppositions and thats what I was trying to debate and discuss.

The problem is mutch more complex than to blame it on tactics or Ole. You have to rewind two years to sum up the mistakes made.
The two biggest mistakes Ole did was overrating the player material at the club and not blow a bigger portion of the budget on a striker.
It was naive to set up this squad in a possession and free flow 4-4-2. The skill Is not there, and you get overrun giving away easy balls being unbalanced. I think he should have been thougher on his star players demanding them to step up. I can't critisice team selections as I don't know what happens in training and other than Marshall, Coulker and Daelhi I think the rest of the squad offer next to nothing. Buying 40/50 players with profit at Molde in two years, building a squad to win their league two times in their 100 years history.

I would like to see what he can do with his own players and 4-4-2 diamond tactic.

With OGS in charge next season i fear we will be bottom of the Championship by Christmas. Sorry, but i just don't feel confident in him to lead our club forwards again,,,,& with the same regime still in control at the top, i just can't see any progress being made, on or off the field at Cardiff City FC!

Exactly what Ive been saying all along and that it shows how little the people running the club know about football that we have a ultra defensive squad and bring in a attack minded manager, with the squad we have and no mater how many rotations Ole will come up with they are still defend minded players. I agree that Ole should have the chance to rid of atleast 75% of the squad and rebuild. Well said Longball, oh the irony in the name though :laughing6:

lol, I don't get upset. You contribute nothing to a discussion, this is not only my view but numerous others. You like to try and tie people who disagree with you up in pedantic and semantic knots. You're not capable of any decent form of dialogue or discussion on any subject as you seem to lack any real original thought to back up you opinions during discussions. So please don't think that I get upset with you when actually I can't be bothered to waste hours on here going over the same ground with no real progress as you will simply be content to trawl up inane and mundane points rather than actually discuss or (shock horror) provide an original thought.

You're othing but a hypocrite then, glad we've got that covered. :laughing6: All you bang on about is whinging about agendas; when ironically, you have the biggest one on here! :laughing6:

Yet again, you've avoided my questions... Another habit of yours.
