Rival? You arent even going to be in our league next month

Are you suggesting that Cardiff and Swansea won't be rivals, if we aren't in the same league next season?

Rivals in what terms?

There will be fan rivalry always due to the proximity of the clubs.... but the clubs wont be direct rivals, they probably wont even play each other.

I wouldn't call Man United and Preston North End rivals, if they play in the same league they will be though.

It's not actually a thousand people, everytime a user clicks on the thread the views go up, my guess is the roathmeister has clicked on this thread 1000 times at least

Ive not tried to change what you have said, my point is this thread has been clicked on over 1000 times and it will probably double come the end of the night. Every click is made by someone who is interested.... Including the ones saying they are not

Lol,premier league managerial experience or football experience in general, which one would you think is better?,a bit like your wins or point opinion hey lol,and of course I know you won't agree

For a manager? Premier managerial experience is better than football experience.

Look at Roy Keane, plenty of contacts, plenty of experience - shit manager.

Anyway 4-1 today for Monks men and he is indeed the highest points per game winner of any manager in our Prem history.

Re: Garry Monk nets the Swans job permanently

Sat Apr 26, 2014 4:05 pm

Still not convinced on him. Before today he had 12 points in the same time frame that Cardiff got 9 so not a huge difference with a more experienced squad and better players, although they did have Europe too. Fair dos managing a club you've Ben with for over a decade in the Prem though.

Bony is looking a huge player though, those slating him early doors should hang their heads.

So your saying Gary monk is a better manager than Brendan Rogers?

Re: Garry Monk nets the Swans job permanently

Sat Apr 26, 2014 4:09 pm

Im saying so far Garry Monk has a better Premier League points per game ratio as Swansea manager than Brendan Rodgers.

No it isnt

Points per game ratio is not based on future games at all.

Have another go

Monk has 12 points from 11 games. Win today as he has 15 from 12.

Which is 47.5 points over a 38 games season which is more than both Rodgers and Laudrup.

That's what you said.

For him to get that total you would have to keep that form up all season..

My stat isnt that "Monk has the most points come the end of the season" my point is he has the greatest points per game ratio.

You dont have to wait until the end of the season for that. The end of year projection is just to show how much better and how it compares.

Not quite the same? Id say a manager gaining more points than than another is a good indicator wouldnt you?

He hasnt had a full season yet just a third of one. Rodgers had two thirds of a season more.

But as of this moment i would prefer us with monks points per game than Rodgers record.

Maybe this gives you the attention you are lacking in real life, who knows?.

How can you manipulate a Premier League points per game ratio?

It is what it is.
