How many people have turned out for there promotion celebrations compared to ours its a lot less.
How many did we have at the stadium when the stadium was refurbished etc. Christ its a free day out in a place with very little to do. Do there players actually care about the fans etc cos according to the the jacks I've had the displeasure of speaking to they don't have the passion.
Christ there not a great team the just a average prem team they will never be league winners for Christ sake and if you've ever been to Swansea you would know why they turned up
I don't care what they do, but it is worth a mention as it was considered newsworthy.
I have been to Swansea and can tell you that the area where the stadium is isn't that easy to get to as I found out when I went to watch the rugby. The march for BLUE was free too and there were plenty of us in and around the area on that day (at least 20k) but much less attended. In fact, I missed it but through transport problems. I intended to be there.
You say jacks have no passion, but they turned up didn't they? You say they are "average prem team", a contradiction in terms. Any club achieving PL status has done so in a tough league system. Surely we know that after what we went through with play-off heartbreak and finally, promoted as champions. They are above us so we are hardly qualified to have a pop at their standards.
I don't like to lose a South Wales Derby any more than you do, but we can learn from others. Look at Hull and Crystal Palace. Tbh, CPFC were dead in the water a couple of months back. Now look at them. It's not luck. It's hard work and correct management IMO.
By the way, the beaches in Gower are outstanding and anyone saying any different is just blinkered. There is plenty to do in that area and you know it! Football aside, I'm very proud to have a city like Cardiff as our Capital, but I'm equally proud to live in a country of outstanding natural beauty. That is perhaps why I see no conflict of interest in cheering Ash W when he plays for Wales.
