I fully understand that Fulham will likely go above Norwich, but you're missing the point. If Norwich (the team us and Fulham are trying to get above) win one game, it will effect our survival hopes massively and it will mean we will have to gain more points than what's expected of us. Yes or no?

Fact we have dropped far to many points against rivals and teams around us to survive.
No ifs or buts about that.
We are where we are because over the whole of the season so far our squad hasn't been good enough.

Our main relegation rivals are West Brom, Sunderland , Norwich, Fulham, Sunderland and possibly Swansea. We have taken 4 points off West Brom,4 off Norwich, 6 off Fulham, 3 off Swansea and 1 off Sunderland with 1 to play. That's an average of 2 per match. How you can class that as failure to take points off them, I don't Know. We might have thought at the beginning of the Season that Palace and Hull would the relegation candidates but that isn't the way it turned out. Plenty of teams have failed against those two. Ask Everton, Man City and Chelsea.
