Personally I have no respect for so called fans who stop going to watch your club once relegated.
I remember last season you said we'll be guaranteed to get big crowds vs the top clubs but our attendances will go down to 20k etc for the games against Stoke and that, yet we had a 26k attendance vs Norwich and have sold out vs Palace, gotta be regretting doubting our support Annis
I will give u some facts about this season.
Rem we already have 22,500 Season tickets because we are Premier League.
Next Season at this current moment it is not 13,000 as some say, its less than 12,000 so far![]()

10% of season ticket holders did not turn up for Norwich,Fulham,Villa,Hull C, West Ham,WBA home 2,500 fans approx
5% of season ticket holders Newcastle 1,250 fans never turned up.
3% of season ticket holders did not turn up for Swansea home 700 fans approx

Rumours have been put out that the club have sold approx 13,000, but Ive been told its under 12,000.
If we stay up, prob sell 22,000 plus. If we go down, I reckon no more than 15,000.

It's defo bcoz of the red, he doesn't go on forums nothing like that just goes to games. His words were "iv had enough of all this red shit". Would never of expected this guy not to renew, but imagine thousands think the same.

Agree with you for once. My concern if we stayed up under Malky is:
We would survive playing awful football. We could keep 10.000 "fans" because we stay in PL and we would get another season where we wont progress and play anti football at the bottom.
On top of that i dont think we would see our team with any new players because Tan would not pay for more when Malky failed the last season.
We will never know if we would stayed up, i personally saw City as a team who had lost belief and the WOW factor about being in PL had left the players. Reality checked in and Malky could not turn it around. If the players loved him im sure they would fought to keep him by playing much better.
Ole has gotten people involved again. The entusiasm around the club has not been this high since the beginning of the season and we play some fantastic football at times. We still lack the quality tho and it shows but i personally love the new football we play and i dont give a shit about the 10K fans who dont come to see City if we go down.
Id sacrifise 10k fans without a problem to see my team play football that makes my heart beat!

But that's the crux of the matter. You've said on numerous times how come we haven't sold out for this game or that but the reality is we have a core of fans like you who will always be there, I guess 12-15k. 'Fans' (glory hunters) will come and go. You want the full stadium like me,week in week out, but you have to accept that those 'extra' fans do fill in the gaps.
As for the extension that tan is building whos going to fill those seats? Next season, if we stay up, they will for sure. Those are extra fans to what we've got. The exodus would be massive if we went down the season after that don't you think.
Proper fans don't appear over night they take years to culture. What's important is we keep perspective of who we are, how big we are, and what we will or won't become.
