You know finewell there will be tan out chants afterall it was tan who got us to this point, plus people will have diffrent reasons why they are there

Then I, along with an awful lot of people will leave the protest and it will turn into a laughing stock but Ive been assured that wont happen and any people who start stuff like that will be asked to be quiet or leave.

Just dont turn up with your negativity and Tan brown nosing full stop then Craig.

Tans not going to turn us back to blue so its obviously a Tan out march as well and so be it.

Ive tried to give him a chance, in the hope he would compromise, but the guy hasnt got it in his locker, hes shown time and time again he has such disdain for the fans so enoughs enough.

Tan OUT!!!!

your telling people who want blue to not turn up because of a minority view?........mirror image of everything you accuse tan of.....

Bore off Dave, your fooling no one with this new username.

neither are you pot of jelly

And Tan isnt going to change so a lot will be anti Tan and thats fine as long as there isnt any racial chanting because we will shoot ourselves in the foot if we do.

Only the same minority boo Tan, the same minority that sings chants about blue or Tan every game. Loud but a minority.

I wouldn't say it was a minority who booed him after the fulham game and I sing we'll always be blue like the majority around me but don't sing the song about tan. Seems like you herded everyone together. You can want your identity back without having to abuse

I won't be going,

Not really up for it, the time I was up for it was when the BU were organising it all but sadly the poor running showed through and it was people ruining it.

Judging this the intentions of this march isn't exactly fully decided.

If I march I will be marching for Tan out. ffs are some of you thick? The man has said he won't be changing us to blue under his stewardship, he has shown no sign of wanting to compromise or even talk with the fans, he is hell bent on this red vision and who can blame him when 99% of the pro blues renew their season ticket and invest in his project, including me! If I march I will feel a tad hypocritical knowing I have just pumped money into his red regime.

Where was the march last season against Huddersfield? I will see how it goes on the day but Tan has laid down the challenge to us to get him a buyer who will return us to blue. The march will change absolutely nothing.

The questions raised about what the intentions of the march is over has put me off, incredible that the beliefs of what the march is about is being haggled over again.

Same here, if the march was for a return to blue I would be there like a shot. Can see by reading posts on this forum that it will be as much a Tan out march as a return to blue, and know for a fact that I am not alone in changing my mind about attending because of this. Five of us planned on going, none of us going now.

It is still a return to blue march there are many on here who have stated that if there is any anti tan chants started they will leave which is fair enough but you have given up the ghost already on what a few posters on a message board have stated could happen. But if you look at the amount who have voted do you think that is a considerable amount in what could hopefully be a couple of thousand people protesting. I will be protesting and I have my doubts about chants etc but to not march for that reason would be planning for failure. I understand where your coming from and know there are many concerned but we have to have faith in the organisers that it will be marshalled correctly.

But the real tester has been how many blue/ and red that is being worn in the stadium. Even the family ztand doesn't look so red any more.
The no racism towards Tan is correct even though I firmly believe he is racist towards us and our beliefs. He has even accused our press of being slightly racist and we all know even the press is shit scared of that R word. Hence the Suns staggering story last week which was laughable.
Also shocked at the PMs and as Annis said the threats have started again which is sad but press on lads.
Blue before red
Identity before success
pride before acceptance

Fair point cendl blue, and as you say, only a small percentage of supporters use this forum. I am concerned that a small bunch of idiots will spoil it for the majority, but will have a chat with my mates to see if we should reconsider, as I can't disagree with anything you said. Just a bit worried after reading some of the posts written by certain people in recent days.

Surely you have the power to oust this person.
Being a mod and all?

Otherwise it could just be scaremongering to promote an idea of a Red Brigade leader?

57 people will not be marching compared to 50 who will be marching, considering that it is often said that the MBs harbour a higher amount of Anti-red feeling that is pretty damning. I think the majority of Cardiff fans genuinely don't care about what colour we play in.

I guess the last standing oldguard has forgotten his roots of the old lady on a tuesday night vs rochdale when the team come out in blue. The modern football has taken over the very last oldguard :laughing6: :ayatollah:

I can't believe on a forum that alongside its heading is the motto well always be blue conducts a vote amongst its users for a protest and the majority are saying they're not going on it I think it's a damning indictment if this represents our fanbase.

A few people on here obviously don't like the fans' groups uniting to show how much the club's traditions mean to so many of us.

But you're entitled to your views of course.

The protest for me is about our self respect as fans, showing we care and sending a message to the newbies that we don't accept the red.

Frankly, if a couple of thousand turn up and show they feel the same, that's good enough for me.

It actually makes me feel some pride in being a City fan again when so much of Mr Tan's behaviour this season has made me embarrassed.

The figures don't lie. I don't think any of us really want red as our colour but to some it means more than it does to others, I won't be there but as long as it doesn't turn into racist and personal abuse then I hope it's a success.

Re: Are you goi g on the March ? POLL

A plea to all Blue City fans,

The march is intended to be positive, peaceful and a good natured show of Blue pride, whether you're going on the march or not is of cause your choice. However, even if you are not marching, please do bring your Blue scarf and be a part of the Sea of Blue at 19mins 27 secs. A blue stadium will send out a crystal clear message to the world that most fans want to stay blue. It's not anti Tan, its just pro traditional Cardiff City.

Thanks for your support

Agreed, its impossible not to show negativity towards Tan because he has the power to turn us back to blue which is the focus of the protest. There is no need for racist chants though and as long as the fans do not indulge in anything that they could be arrested for then all the fans (you know who you are) who are putting forward doomsday scenarios and preconditions should not have any complaints ... but you know what some of our lot are like
