Fabio is settling down and starting to look good, Daehli, Eikrem and Cala all look good too........
Jones does look lazy, but as people said, it's not his job to bomb around closing players down and playing on the last man....

Told u the other day I have not gone of Ole, great person, real passion for the game, superb player, just I think he is out of his depth in the Prem as a manager at this moment in time, my opinion as a fan

I would have liked to have seen Malky given more time, but he has gone and we have to live with it. You may be right about Ole, but I think we should reserve judgement on him until the end of the season, because if he succeeds in keeping us up he will rightly be regarded as Cardiff's saviour, and could go on to be one of our best managers. Unlikely I know, but a couple of wins could turn our whole season around.

Kenwyn Jones is just shit, as is Berget and Zaha, although he does have the potential to be really good. Fabio looked a lot better yesterday but still wouldn't be my first choice RB. Eikrim is no better than Whitts.
Daehli doesn't quite look ready for Prem football but if we went down I believe he would be one of the best in the Championship next season
I think Daehli is ready for prem football. So far Ole has played him mainly out wide but I see him as a central attacking MF who can cause havoc between the opposition defensive lines. Apparently he was MOTM for Norway away to Czech Rep in midweek. If he can stand out against that standard of opposition while playing for a fairly weak international team I think he can cut it in the Prem

Marshall - Our best player this season.
Campbell - Will run for days just doesn't get enough goals sadly.
Noone - A little predictable at times but has been very good since coming into the team
Mutch - Has been great this season, didn't play very well on Sat but nonetheless we look much better when he plays.
Caulker - Has been solid. Think he needs an experienced defender alongside him though. We've thrown him in the deep end being our only CB who has played in the Premier League and giving him the armband. He was good at Swansea because he had Williams next to him to take over the leadership duties. We need someone like that.
John - Overrated by a lot on here. I don't think he is a left back though. He should be pushed into his more natural winger role and then we buy a LB who can defend.
Medel - Overrated and overpriced. He's far too inconsistent for 11m. His passing is limited to sideways/backwards plus we are conceding bucket loads and he's meant to be a defensive midfielder so he isn't doing as well as people say he is.
Turner - He has been OK. Not good enough for this level though. His distribution is horrid and he costs us so many goals. If we stay up a new CB is needed.
Jones - Does what he is supposed to. Hold the ball up, win it in the air, bring others into play etc. He just misses too many chances for my liking. Certainly won't slaughter him for his workrate because everyone already knew about that plus he is a target man. They are very static roles.
Zaha - Waste of money. When he first came in he looked good but I think going to United got to his head. His work rate is shocking. He should be forced to watch Campbell and Noone's tracking back on Saturday.
Eikrem - Not much better than we have got from the little we've seen. Think he'll flourish in the Championship.
Berget - Have seen nothing of him
Fabio - Has improved in the last two games. Still not overly convinced on him but then again I am not convinced on any of our full backs.

Fair play mate, fair play. Want me to send you a copy of your own rules?

All you've done is troll this thread about Annis opinion.
As for me? Player of the season is Marshall... And neither Malky or Ole signed him... So there!

Eikrem tries to make the most simple pass look like he is making something outrageous. He does that lofted, high ball when all he needs to do is pass it on the ground.
I don't think he is better than Whittingham tbh.
BTW, I don't see how posters can comment on Zahas work rate, he always tracks back, unlike Kenwyne J.

"I just don't understand what you are watching, he is often our best players. 11m over spent?. Not really, he will be first team for Chile in the World Cup. As us conceding goals is completely down to him

The ones bellow are only now joining the club to right them off so soon is ridiculous. Eikrem and Berget are young and could have future potential so worth a risk for little amount of cash
The ones above will definetely improve under ole's way of playing

Im really sorry, but I dont understand the OP's question. The players mentioned first, has ofcourse shown decent form, but all of them have their faults. They are not superb players or have done anything exeptional good that exeeds the rest of the team to be honest. You cant be that cocky when your club's name is Cardiff City, you know? You have to stay together and support the whole team. Some of these players havent even played a full 5 games for you, and it seems you doubt them already? It seems very rash if you think about all the games the other players have had to convince you this season. Its basically, unfair. And unfair is something you shouldnt be as a person and definitly not if one wants to be a rolemodel for others. It just helps splitting up people cheering for the same things, whats the point? The players mentioned on both sides has actually done an equally good job the times they have played. The only player who really looks like could walk in on any top team in PL is Marshall. Noone is really really tricky, but need more endproduct to really be class. See my point? Everybody have their faults making up this substandard performances, but again, everybody have their strengths too, so why wouldnt you wish that everybody could perform their best, instead of saying "those wont make it", "those made it" "he can never be anything" " he is very good" When really.. The only performance that have been cut clear is Marshall. I think everybody sees that. But even he has his faults right? So get behind the whole team istead of making threads like this? Just a thought. Probably wont work on you, but yeah. Dont mean to offend anybody. Just saying.. Maybe something to think about.

Coming from an outsider, one who hasn't seen much of Cardiff besides this season, I agree and disagree with a lot of you. For me, Declan John has been very, very good. He is incredibly young, he has that passion in his game that is VITAL for a team needing to get points. I think he can have a bright future, for me he is unquestionably the best LB at Cardiff. For me, he is among 4-5 players that stand out (no specific order):
Declan John: Reasons above.
Cala: Great CB. Quick, good 1v1, intercepts and can play the ball. A modern center-back.
Daehli: Consistently been the best player on the pitch for Cardiff everytime given the chance. The sky is the limit, but he needs to improve his finishing.
Marshall: Top 3 goalkeepers in the Premiership. Only rate De Gea and Cech (when in form) above him. Massive for Cardiff.
Caulker: He will probably be the first CB to be on the team sheet for England within a couple years. Has everything - strength, power, decent passing, quick feet, monster in the air (defensively and now appearently offensively as well).
Not impressed by Mutch, Kim, Noone (still VERY raw, can perform on a very high level, though), Eikrem (still early to call) and Medel - these are players one should expect a lot from. Medel is good, not 12m pounds good. The rest have been performing as one could expect from them.

Disagree with you on fabio. Thinks hes been a bit of a scapegoat to our fans cos of some mistakes. Needed match fitness, and now hes got it, hes looking sharp.
