I stand by it. Why would that statement change? Superb performance no way we will be going down.

Hmmm .....dont give up the day job!!! Leighton James said he was relieved that you hung on for the point!

and hes correct. We had 10 men :D

Believe it or not, I hope both WELSH TEAMS STAY IN THE PREMIER LEAGUE.But after frequently reading your smug and disingenuous comments on our forum I may have to have a rethink.

makes no difference what you hope for, we are not even close to going down

Dear Total Domination aka Roath Magic
I can accept that you made the type of mistake which is easily made by an over excited youngster with limited knowledge of the subject he is tackling. We all make mistakes myself included.
BUT I am conerned, very concerned, at your inability to admit to simple errors of judgement

It is the highest form of self-respect to admit our errors and mistakes and make amends for them. To make a mistake is only an error in judgment, but to adhere to it when it is discovered shows infirmity of character. ... Dale E Turner

where is the mistake young man?

Ever seen 83% posession and 400% more shots on target before? No me neither.

Total dominance. :thumbright:

maybe you could ask Mr Turner where the mistake was then because for the life of me it seems clear to anyone with half a brain cell we were as dominant as one could get at the half time stage.

Total dominance

complete and utter dominance, yes :thumbright:

Well I have to say we were lucky to get a point in the end.
Totaly out played them first half but second just looked out on our feet
But as they say its a game off 2 halfs and I have no fear that we will stay up.
U on the other hand must feel like ground hog day.

A good time to play you.......

I really don't care about losing. It is only a game and the City is my release from the day to day issues that really affect me.... I get four extra games next season

I don't think I would disagree with most of what you say above Swansealad. But I wouldnt be too sure that you are safe. Its unlikely but possible that you will go down. You certainly seem to have a more rounded viewpoint than your young colleague Roath Magic who still seems unable to admit his errors. Perhaps he will gain greater wisdom and humility with age. We live in hope!

Which error would that be.

I said we were completely dominant in the first half. We had 83% possession and 400% more shots on target....

We had a great first half and should have ended the game.

Second half we were dead on our feet. Ash spewed his ring up on the pitch and Bony was blowing out of his arse.

I would have taken a point at 75 minutes the way the game was going.

Another point in the bank and three wins will see us safe so still very much in our own hands which is more than can be said for you lot.

Sorry Roathie you may have said it was a dominant first half but this thread has backfired just a tad. :D

Nope they're all wrong because a man living in Australia said he didn't hear it on a football stream on the internet

How has it backfired?

We could have lost 8-0 in the second half and it would have changed nothing regarding the complete and utter dominance in the first half.

Its like saying its hot today as its 40 degrees and then someone coming up to you then next day in the rain and saying "looks like you were wrong".

It was the most dominant first half display ive seen in years.

Re: Swansea v Palace - complete dominance

I'm not having a go but a thread entitled "complete dominance" about the game which ended up finishing 1-1 looks a bit silly.

We smashed them first half and it was dominant. The fact that we only scored one and it wasn't enough might undermine the "complete" aspect of said dominance. Just a thought.

The underlined is all that matters. We were indeed completely dominant.

It was half time analysis as i do with all matches along with accompanying half time stats.

I made no prediction on the outcome of the second half.

For me it was like listening to a weather girl sayingit will be sunny this morning and forgetting to mention that in the afternoon therewould be gales and hurricanes. Then the next day saying it was a beautiful day yesterday but with a few clouds spoiling it later on. Not that I am comparing you to a Weather girl!!
Without being patronising, I assume that you are only a youngster and, (I said ) you will hopefully learn to admit mistakes and learn from them.

And u played 11 men behind the ball in the first half and hardley even touched it.
82% possession ffs u were run raged and we opend u up like a tin of tuna.
We cpuld and should have been out of sight by the break but for a grat save from your keeper and a unfavourable bounce off the ball.
Second half we were lucky to hang on.
A draw a fair result.
Not to mention your pen was actually outside the box.
But u win some and lose some

You do seem to have a fascination with young men

Your analogy is awful. The weathergirl's job is to state what the weather WILL be as she has instruments to show that.

Half time analysis has never been the ability to see into the future, it is to analyse the first half that has just been. We were completely dominant, said so and the facts back that notion.

Anything else is just nonsense im afraid.

Trying to decipher the last post from Swansea lad eg "ffs u were run raged" ..... must be thread rage causing spelling errors .....

I assume that now Roath Magic has lost the original arguement with City fans, that this post will deteriorate even further as a seperate arguement between Swansea and Crystal Palace on a Cardiff forum!
