I hope they get a name change for the stadium it ain't NP so how cares
a lot of people seem to be worrying more about the franchise than anything .

West Ham will soon move out of there historic home to a crap athletic stadium
Man City moved out of Maine road there history to another stadium but hey have soon forgot
and so on Arsenal etc

I would like the stadium to be tied into SA BRAINS

The threads been derailed by wild vivid welsh imagination.

Anyway, it simply was as a businessman what will the owner and with his extra seating use the stadium for ? If as a businessman he's into raising revenue and profits what would you expect him to do ? What would you expect him to use the seating for and so forth away from Championship Football and possibly Premiership ?

Now the owner as is well known is the king of the franchise , which in turn is king of the brand .

Now your bitterness results to a " crap athletics stadium " that's not actually true and clearly you haven't studied the plans for the conversion so your not qualified to comment and one can only presume your comment is regard to a west ham supporter wishing to take a poke.

You then go onto Man City and Arsenal and make valid point, that's the track we West a Ham will go down.

The question of the thread was very simple, what will the king of Franchise Vincent Tan use his extra seating for and what else apart from football in his arena ?

It wasn't a hard question !

Perhaps you should be more concerned why WHU want to play at wembley in front of a half empty stadium?

The expansion was always going to take place under tan, but he has brought it forward because we have the super cup final at the end of the season.

Steve, I have to say that so far all you have done is asked a somewhat leading, but unqualified question and (like several other threads/posts you have on here recently) it does you no credit other than show you up to be in "shit-stirring" mode

You may or (more likely not) be ITK on Tan's plans, but I think you have enough to worry about at your own club without being obsessed (for some strange reason out of bitterness) with a club you no longer watch or support :?

Financial fair play regulations based around revenue streams !!!!!!!!

So the leading question is , what will VT do and how to increase extra revenue streams and maximise the stadium !!!!!!

Only the Mick could get it so wrong !!!

Wembley thoughts came flooding back though and the last one was a full ground when we went up in the last play off final.

We had just STUFFED you 5-0 over 2 legs in the semi and that was coasting and we got promoted again.

It was a full house and a fantastic day , my sons first trip to Wembley with the mighty West Ham and a day he will never forget, for me it goes in the memory bank with all our other winning appearances there especially. Although 81 goes down as the biggest nail biter even though we lost in the replay at Villa Park.

Hey Mick , bit of geography for you ..... Wembley is North London. Olympic stadium is East London.

No potato patches in between

Well to be honest, expanding is the natural progression for us providing we stay in the premiership, (which is now looking unlikely) people say "wait until you are established" but when are you??? a team that finishes mid table this season could be in a dog fight next season, as for the stadiums future use who knows, if we stay up it'll only be used for football (no reason to use it for anything else) but if we go down then tan might have other ideas.

Paul,

With the financial fair play regulations coming into play I think you might find many clubs using as much revenue streams as possible to ensure maximum revenue --- anyway the thread was how and what and no doubt only a Franchise king like Tan knows the full SP of what's to come to maximise.

I don't think your ever an established Premier league team unless you constantly in the top 6 and have all the maximum revenue streams. That's the nature of the best these days.

Yes the financial fair play regulations are going to cause havoc unless clubs are prepared for it, wage caps, transfer spending limits etc, a larger capacity certainly helps in that respect also tans hand will be forced into changing the debt to equity, of course this will depend on what league we are playing in next season.

To be honest , some of your posts are good and worth a debate . This isn't one of those, it's just awful jealous nonsense with a tinge of bitterness bordering on abusive.

At the same time it makes you sound either gay or a vicar ?

Don't you like sex ? Don't you like porn ? The average man and woman loves it. Sex sells too, it's the greatest pleasure in the world apart from watching West Ham.

Yes David Gold does love the Club, he played for the Club and lived across the road from the Club. He's like your version of Steve Borley but with a bit more smash. It's a shame for you Steve Borley hadn't got in the dildo game instead of engineering because then you would have had a chance of keeping your club traditional instead of franchised out to a bunch of Malaysians.

As I say... Not your best post, made yourself look very stupid really and the reply made you look even dafter when in reality I do on times like your posts , but not this one, it was piss poor attempt.

Stick the crooks with the crooks? Sorry, I don't speak "Nessa."

By the way, as for WHU.....I thought Wembley was planned for WHU. Then again I don't keep up with the news regarding London's 5th Club.

All the best.

It would seem you don't keep up with much apart from your Guinness swilling, and bullshit dribbling. Highly likely your just thick though judging by your breeding and comments.

Nessa was WELSH , not from Essex , WALES is where the club of Cardiff City are. It's a Country separated by a small river from England. Essex is in England.

As for Google.... Yes well aware , as I said its a tax dodge , not the love of the black stuff.

It's no wonder your Countries bust, now go and find a few Euro ( that's the coins in your pocket ) get another pint in and read an Atlas I'm sure Murphy will have one in the corner. On the other hand , try using googles services as they based in your bust nation and go to images and have a look at the difference between Wembley and the Olympic Stadium , if you do it in picture form it may make it easier for you.

Yes run on now there's probably a gap at the bar. Thanks though for the entertainment it's good to know matters haven't changed over there too much !

I think I've hit a nerve.......you certainly are waffling there.

You are as much a cockney as I am with your fake accent. Didn't someone recently say you were a carrot cruncher from Somerset? (yes, go and complain to a moderator)

You have as much style and class (and ignorance) as your fellow "actors" in eastenders.

By the way, do you drone on as much on WHU forums?

spring/string. :laughing6:

I thought you said goodbye and now dumbo you come back for more punishment ? Surely thinking west ham were going to Wembley was embarrassing enough for you, or that Nessa was from Essex and not Barry a Island ?

Ok you asked for the humiliation. To your post. Hold on now to the bar Mick.

Never made it to Ireland wasn't really the place for the Fleet Air Arm , left that to the Army. You weren't bigger enough for an Aircraft Carrier Assault.

Albeit they wanted to after your lot blew up Lord Mountbatten whilst out pleasure cruising ( gutless bastards)

I've never been employed on a soap opera or TV programme , although I have performed in my own TV and Radio commercials. That was for fun and also great marketing purpose.

Finally , regards your question regards West Ham forums .... Don't ask me questions , your too thick to be able to answer yourself let alone me keep answering you and making you look like the mighty thick Irish bigot that you are.

Now ..... Next ? Personally I would give up if I were you , but that's up to you thick boy .

No.

But your coming across as thick as the mick on here.

Half way across London ? It's up the road. Taff. Like sloper road to Cardiff Bay.

Running track - dealt with refer to plans .

Question for you , are you Irish really but couldn't swim ?

Of course it was Paul. There's no saying it's a bad thing, it adds welcome revenue , the thread was simply on the basis of what the stadium apart from Championship football / premiership football would be used for and how ?

Vincent Tan is the king of the Franchise , I'm sure he has plenty of ideas.

I don't think your ever an established Premier league team unless you constantly in the top 6 and have all the maximum revenue streams. That's the nature of the best these days.

a 15meter gap between the lower and upper tiers...........cant just be for selling jellied eels and mary poppins videos.......porn?..lap dancing salons? im sure your owners have ideas............but of course your club isnt a franchise is it,, your owners love the club.............or are they just journeymen porn pushers and serial club owners.

As I say... Not your best post, made yourself look very stupid really and the reply made you look even dafter when in reality I do on times like your posts , but not this one, it was piss poor attempt.

i looked up the plans re your new ground simply because you said i hadnt,so was talking bollox.
no im not jealous, certainly not of west ham, didnt know f**k all about the details of your move
until some fool from another club came on here mouthing off about Cardiffs expansion
jeal;ous????????...i think so,...no one gives too hoots about west ham unless your millwall or orient....

So ? Who cares ? ...... On the mainland we have technology called predictive spelling , when you get it over there in the spud fields you maybe able to spring more than one sentence together then.

Wembley
Where do you think google & intel and numerous high level IT companies are based in Europe?

I'll give you a clue....it's not Essex where they pay £3.75 per hour.

ps....is spring instead of string another predictive error?
Paul,

With the financial fair play regulations coming into play I think you might find many clubs using as much revenue streams as possible to ensure maximum revenue --- anyway the thread was how and what and no doubt only a Franchise king like Tan knows the full SP of what's to come to maximise.

Yes the financial fair play regulations are going to cause havoc unless clubs are prepared for it, wage caps, transfer spending limits etc, a larger capacity certainly helps in that respect also tans hand will be forced into changing the debt to equity, of course this will depend on what league we are playing in next season.

Sorry Paul ,

I've been tied up with some very thick people on other posts. One was Irish who thought Wembley was the Olympic Stadium and that th character Nessa was from Essex and not Barry Island ..... Never mind, let's get make to your reply and sorry for the delay in reply.

Yes agree totally it will cause Havoc , at West Ham it's already been implemented to prepare we as fans didn't like it but had to tow the line and listen to what our chairman said regards how and why , we were also in such debt after having foreign previous owners it's was a financial mess.

I've no doubt Tan will have to perform debt to equity , he's bound to anyway in preparation for the Far East stock exchange float.
