What I have seen of Gary Medel is that he is able to keep possession of the football in very contested areas due to his upper-body strength....I am wondering if he is being player out of position, maybe he should be contesting the midfield area and not dropping deep between the centre-backs.

Medel is a class act and was our best player for large periods pre Christmas

I can honestly see medel not being in the starting line up in a few weeks time as I believe he stops the ball going forward quickly enough for the style of play I think ole wants to play.
