Newcastle, I will give you that. Valencia - nah. They destroyed you at home too.

Good performances are not the norm for Swansea. You can be critical of our performances all you like, but the form table doesn't lie. You're dropping like a stone.

We played very well today and against a lesser side it would have been 3 points. We don't expect to beat anyone and with the players we had out today I say the positives far outweighed the negatives. 5 key players out yet we restricted city to only 4 shots on target and had more possession and shots than them.

We've had Everton, Chelsea, Villa and City over xmas - not easy at all and with Spurs and Utd coming up it's a tough period granted. But after those games we will be playing the likes of Fulham at home.

You played okay today.. Not very well.

That form table speaks volumes for both of our clubs performances.

As I said form is temporary and it is the only table you are above us in as you got a win against WBA. God help you at the Etihad. They will have to get the score board from old trafford cricket ground.

Teams have you sussed good and proper now.

Not as much as they have you, as the form table proves. :thumbright:

I doubt it. Pellegrini respected us today as did Jose, they know they have to work very hard to beat us.

You are obsessed with that form table, there again it's the straw clutching I'd expect from you. Form is temporary and you have one more win in the last 6 than us that's all, but in the table that counts we have superior goal difference and more points than you.

As did Wenger with us today. :thumbright:

Not really. You keep going on about this class, but have failed to show it for the overwhelming majority of the season. A few pointless wins against poor standard opposition in the second level European competition is certainly glossing over your otherwise poor season.

Which goes to prove you have not a clue about football, you are the cardiff equivalent of that clown Jackfath on planet swamp. If you look at our injury list we are doing quite well.

Oh yeah that second level comp that you would love to be in  the football world is laughing it's socks off at you! :laughing6:

If you think you're class, then it really shows how clueless you are. :thumbright:

Regards Europe? Of course - where have I stated that we wouldn't be? I'm just saying that a few wins in that have made your season look a lot better than it actually has been.

As I said, injuries have plagued us. Where would you be if you had lost Marshall, Caulker, Kim, Mutch and Medel? You don't have the depth.

Nor do you, evidently. Still - as I said. No class shown this season. Only time I've been genuinely impressed is against Newcastle.

We've played well in a number of games recently. Chelsea we nearly got a point and at VIlla we outclassed them up there but one of those days when the ball just would not go in.

I'd say Hull and Cardiff are the worst performances of the season, more to do with team selection/tactics. But we like southampton, have the curse of sky this year.

So if you had lost those players I mentioned and played man city today, do you think you would have lost 2-3? I doubt it, they would have stuck 5 or 6 past you.

Excuses and assumptions. You were full strength a few weeks ago & couldn't beat us. Didn't show much class that game either. :thumbright:

Neither did you!

With an unfit Michu and Britton, an out of form and unfit Bony plus as I mentioned a poor team selection/tactics with Shelvey playing out of position, it was a disaster waiting to happen. Some of your players will be taken back by the venom being hurled at the Liberty - we'll be out on the piss all day so it's going to be very very loud!
If we play like we did today it could be a mare for you lot.

You still have not answered my question - how would you have done today with 5 key players out?

If it had ended 0-0 you would have no complaints, it was a very poor derby. It's yesterdays chip paper now.

Answer my question you cock! FFS

Who won the game? We wouldn't have won, no. But as a new team, that's to be expected.

All your replays are ifs, buts & maybes.

Its not gloating at all, I would say it proves of the real lack of the football knowledge some have on this board. At the time 'if' Malky needed to be replaced (which I did not want to happen) then it was crying out for someone which experience to help settle down the situation at the time. However that choice wasn't made and look what happened since.
