so how old are you then Johnny and bearing in mind that you have been a liberial for all the years you've posted on here forgive me if I say that its bollox that you tried to join the forces 3 years ago. It was around 3 years ago you stated your dislike of the forces recuiting from less well off areas of the country!!!

wow you must have a detailed records of all my posts impressive and a bit sad

why would being a liberal stop me from joining the military?

not that I remember stating my dislike of the forces recruiting from less well off areas (but for the sake of argument lets assume I did) why would that stop me from joining?

there will always be things you like and dont like about certain things it doesnt mean you cant take part in it because you have criticisms

also dont decide whats bollocks and whats not

your getting desperate now just using the same old liberal thing as you do every time you havent got anything else to say

Exactly. Hes posting on here pissed and coked up all xmas. He reckon when he was talking to Talksport the other day he "was on my 2nd bottle of champagne"

If thats S.A.D then sign me up.

Having been around someone who has suffered depression myself then not being able to get out of bed without a struggle, low self esteem and too anxious to be around others is a more likely sign.

I dont think bragging about yourself and quaffing champagne are the usual tell tale signs somehow.

The twats attention seeking knows no boundaries.

You seem to think that everyone who suffers from depression stay in their beds all day and to be honest if I was single and not working I probably would if when you have responsiblities then you can make things alot worse mentality. So rather than your comments maybe take time out and read upon the subject then you can make more informed comments.

to be honest you dont seem to know what your talking about either

putting on a brave face will make you worse as it will bring on more stress
worrying about your family more than yourself will make you worse as it will bring on more stress
worrying about christmas over getting better will make yourself worse

either stop talking bollocks or get a better doctor[/quote]

S.A.D. is a disorder.

Depression is an illness.

Having read a bit about it I have come to the conclusion that S.A.D to depression is what earache is to being deaf. People find a way to cope with S.A.D with depression you can't.

You know nothing then, yes SAD is a disorder of a gland in the brain, this gland is stimulated by sunlight to produce a chemical call melatonin ,the lack of it can induce deep depression ,which in turn causes all kind of different problems. You have tried to separate the condition ,when in fact its a contributory factor.

when me and my ex split up in nov 2001 i had it bad in january 2002 and every january [only that month for some strange reason] for the next 2 years .... my mother bought me some herbal tablets called Rhodeloa and i took them the next year and it did the trick for me .... i still hate january though

The mind is like an automatic gear box on a car, it remembers the bad cogs in afraid to say, and when it does that's exactly when you have push mind over matter. It's why as humans we remember sad dates and the human mind pinpoints them and depresses people, otherwise for instance why does one remember someone who kicked the bucket on a date some 20 years previous etc.
