If we carnt defend and get anything today atleast have a go id rather lose 8-4 than take a 6-0 bashing without a whimper on there goal

at times you have to pull together and all muck in......this is the time for whitts to get involved..

I said it after they beat Spurs last week, they could well win the league if they keep playing like this. Why not?
Sat Dec 21, 2013 1:39 pm
I'd like to think this game will be put in context...
Liverpool having a very "Man City-like" sequence of results at home, fighting to go top of the Premier League, Suarez on absolute fire and full of confidence
Unfortunately, some of the team look a little shell-shocked and Malky must be quietly breaking his heart in the dug-out
This just might be the day Tan has been looking for and many on here (not including me

) seem happy with that...
BRACE YOURSELVES!!

No. 4th at best.
Sat Dec 21, 2013 1:39 pm
This is how malky sets them up to play, don't know why anyone is surprised

Kim is crap as left midfield
Whiits has spent 3 years converting him into a central midfiled player.
Who was our genuine left midfield player at the start of the season ????

No he isn't, Roathie

Worst player on the pitch by quite some distance... And Taylor is on that pitch.

One way traffic and no way of doing anything about it.
Liverpool are in a different league to us. It's a case of damage limitation now.
The gulf in quality is enormous.

Is that right Roathie?

Typical malky set up.
Sat Dec 21, 2013 1:41 pm
It's crazy playing him wide.

Yep but i mean come on even he can see surely that sitting in our own box TRYING to defend is not working, atleast have a f*cking go and lose 6-3 than sit back in our own box hoofing it and waiting for them to score again while getting hammered 6-0 which will be more today if this carrys on

Liverpool are sensational and have been doing this to numerous other sides, not just us.
We're not helping ourselves though, we could at least try and keep the ball when we have it - hoofing it back to Liverpool is suicide!

You know what mate, you are a f*cking c**t. I've been trying to ignore your posts for a while now but f**k it I've had enough. f**k off.

Fair enough we like to play defensive but we aren't even doing that properly. Suarez seems to have a free run throughout.
Sat Dec 21, 2013 1:43 pm
I would say throw Cornelius on but whats the point.
Sat Dec 21, 2013 1:43 pm
Taylor has been woeful, constantly out of position when he does manage to get in position he's getting slaughtered for pace. Need to get him off.. In all fairness though can't just blame him the whole back 4 are having a stinker. Heads have dropped now and it's going to take an unbelievable effort to stop this becoming a cricket score. Have to say though Suarez is amazing, what do you do against that skill and class???

Sorry but didn't he finish with ovwr 20+ goals in one season while playing ouyt wide..?
Sat Dec 21, 2013 1:44 pm
Cwmann_Bluebird wrote:But why just single out Taylor?
Because he's run past Taylor about a half dozen times already! He's hopelessly out of his depth and unlike most of the team has shown nothing to suggest he can make it at premier league level this season.
