I'm sorry, I don't think you're allowed to post something this positve ;)

i find this very very negative..............its stick your head in the sand .. ... we already have plenty of creative players...........they just ARE NOT ALLOWED to be creative in this managers systems......MEDEL? had a shot today,,waw...this fella scores goals.not lots, but scores.......WE dont see him outside our own half..........Bellamy..looked the real Bellamy for Wales.................he looks like a headless chicken version of a left back playing for us...i could go on and on...............we put so much effort in to controlling first two thirds of pitch we have nothing left for final third............its his 3rd year....3rd........and he had a blank canvas ..how many players has he signed? 40?..........system remains.........................i wish it was as simple as we have ALL negative players..and when he signs 3 creative ones ..all will be bliss..........Malky is a top bloke, hard to not like him, but at the end of the day i am a Cardiff City fan not a Malky fan 1st and foremost..................and calling ANY of our fans laughable for having an opinion is Tanism, he thinks it LAUGHABLE we want blue......................

there is one big problem with your rose tinted view of things, and its this.....when you say that some kind of war chest will be made available to Mackay this coming January, the man who will fund this war chest does not rate Mackay and certainly does not rate his ability in the transfer market...........in other words its not going to happen

Only time will tell.

If MM is still managing us come January then I will consider that a U turn by Tan. If he is given money then that will be a bonus.

Tan or club have never said they wanted rid of malky it's all rumours from papers and internet posters on here ,if tan want malky out he would sack him or put him on gardening leave like moody ,if tan does give malky money let's hope he does good and buy a winger and a striker to keep us up

Tragically spot on. No Cardiff fan should expect a point from our next two games. They're bonus games, but after watching that today we shouldn't be overawed

i accept fully how MM will attempt to stifle both Man Utd and Arsenal..............i think most do.........its the following 3 or 4 games that are key.........WE need more than what was on show yesterday and at Norwich in games against sides that are not top 6 clubs......

Survival this season is essential, no matter how we achieve. Give me negativity and survival every time. :malky:

i would bite your hand off if negativity meant survival............are you sure that it does though

A test of a person's character is not how you handle advantage, success and adulation; it's how you handle crisis, failure and disadvantage. Handle that and you'll be a man my son.

Well said Lakey, I think we have had a decent start, yesterday was disappointing as Villa was there for the taking though, but that's the premiership for you, keep the faith lads, in malky we trust :ayatollah:

Great, positive post from lakey who most of us trust.
The negativity from some on here either shows naivety or disrespect for the other teams in this league.
Managers of teams that have consistently won the premiership ie Fergie, Wenger, Mourinho all say there are no easy games in this league and they would know better than anyone, and we have keyboard warriors saying we should win this game and that game.
It is a new experience for all of us and we are competing in the most competitive league in the world.
Malky is doing things right by firstly making us difficult to beat, if we can stay in this league then we can begin to become more expansive and confident as we establish ourselves.
Ffs some people want us sprinting when in truth we are only just learning to walk in this league.
We almost have a set up at the club geared up for long term success, let's be patient, back the manager and the owner and I'm confident of long term success.

we have the defensive basis of the team, if he is going to be heavily backed then im sure a winger will be a priority for him, closely followed by a striker.

Agreed, but don't worry. You always get people who think they know better than the manager. But its internet rules see butty.Anonymous keyboard warriors always know best-and even when they come unstuck they try again under a new ID.

I don't want to lose Malky, but if he was to leave the club, we would move on quite quickly. He would be remembered very fondly by all and I'm sure would have a chapter dedicated to his time at the club in Annis' next book. Ultimately football is what it is, and there is no time for sentiment. The new Manager would bring his own style and leadership and will be given full support to create his own piece of history and a chapter in Annis' following musing. :ayatollah:
On-wards and upwards regardless.
