As a kid, United were the team I followed mainly, and Cardiff were always the local side I followed because all my family are Cardiffians. As I got older though, it swapped around.
If City didn't exist, I'd probably watch the Cewnty, having lived there most of my life...

You've misread it. He said the reason he supports Cardiff, like most of us, is because they're his local team. If Cardiff never existed no doubt the majority of us would support Swansea or Newport.

You wouldn't have that feeling of them being a rival if like the thread is all about, you had never supported city (as we wouldn't of had a team...)
