Pull up the bookmarked thread. I clearly state i cosmetically renovate my houses myself. You asked am i a plasterer, electircian etc and I said no that is done by contractors.

Its not hard to understand is it really?

Well then you have absolutely no idea what a property developer is then. :D

I have no idea what you find funny about painting and solar paneling however :?

I have 3 or 4 houses on the go at once. Im not sure if you understand the scale of Australia but it would not be feasible to do all the work myself even if i trained myself to do so. The slow pace that doing it all myself would limit my numbers in terms of units thus cutting my profits not expanding them.

If i was an art dealer and sold paintings I painted myself for $1000 each but could only do 50 a year (50k) or sell others for £500 but could sell 200 because i dont have to waste time doing them myself (100k).... less profit per item but larger volume

You clearly have the business nouse of a clownfish, now go and collect your £200 dewi your leeks are cold

Roathie the problem is that you always twist things a little to make your point. Here are two examples.

(1) You wanted to indicate Cardiff's average shots per game and I think your words were "lets ignore the figure from the Man City game"...see what I mean?

(2) now you want to compare Crystal Palace with West Ham because they both came up via playoffs...a team punching well above their weight because of Zaha and a team with quite a few premiership players already.

Some of your comments are correct but you lose credibility when you twist things. In people's minds its once a troll always a troll.

my words were "if we dont count man city" not for the purpose of distorting the figures but due tot he fact it was not the norm. A bit like saying Etoo scored 10 in 30 games so hasnt done badly and then someone bringing up the fact that 8 were against one side. Half your shots after 5 games came in 1 game, the other 4 showed your weakness up front not that one game.

i offered two scenarios. One with them involved and one without thats as far away from twisting something as you can get,

troll is the go to argument when someone realises their wrong, ive come to learn this, im the most sensible poster here and always back my point fairly. Look at this for example. Ive clearly proved ian wrong and even changed my analysis to suit him when he disagreed with certain aspects. Thats not a troll. He was trolling by continuing his ridiculous comments when clearly disproven to get a reaction.

Only in your own mind you think you have proved me wrong Roathie.

The fact that someone else has called you a troll just goes to show how wrong you are.

So you think we are struggling because we were pleased to win 4-0?

The only teams we have lost to this year are Arsenal (1st), Tottenham.(5th), Man United (8th) and Southampton (6th). We are 11th with more points than this time last year while topping our european group.

How is that in any way shape or form struggling?

I've said it twice now, your manager was relieved to finally win a home game. That is struggling as home form is very important.

We currently are on course for 48 points which will beat all previous points tallies achieved by us in the premier league to date. And thats after one of the hardest runs you are likely to face.

Good innit

that's opinion not fact - your home form suggests otherwise
