He has wiped off the 7% interest you have been laughing at for months!![]()

The fact you describe the debt to equity as it MAY happen says all you need to know. Hes got you by the balls and you have no say or no idea on what hes doing to you.
He took £5m away, congrats.
oh come on Roathie, you're a grownup, why the attempt to take focus off the 7% ?
The OP was funny if nothing else
My post was entirely about the 7%.
The 7% was a non existent sum, made up. You never spent this 7%. He never loaned you this 7%. Hes wiped off £5m that he never gave you and you never spent or ever even had.
The fact that he said he would add 7% to the loans and then "take it away" gets you all onside again. It was his get out of jail free card when in trouble with the fans, and its worked![]()
Hes taken your debt level from £120m to £115m when he promised it would be zero as soon as Langston was settled. Awesome thanks Tan

I think the opposite is probably true, judging by your inability to ignore innocent commentary like that.
It really is sad. Are you getting enough sleep lately? Coming down with something, perhaps? Honestly, the quality has become somewhat disappointing.

It was existent. It was the interest Tan was charging for the considerable loan he has continued to make to CCFC. You have reminded us of it for quite some time...and now it's gone. pfffft
But to deviate from the topic, i.e. the stuffing of the 7% in the Jacks, you're right about the debt to equity I think we're all concerned about that. And you should be too, without a thriving club and forum over here what would you do with your time?

It wasnt existent. It was a figure to use for future leverage, which it has. It may well have been 107%. He never gave this to you, this money never changed hands and the club is in so much debt how the hell is it going to make £5m over the £120m it currently owes to have ever paid it back?
Hence It is a worthless loan note which has been taken away to get you onside.... And judging from this thread, Tan knows you guys down to a tee

Yet you keep proving it to be quite correct. You literally can't help yourself.
The worst part is it's becoming so predictable. You used to be much more diverse and, dare I say it, fun.

Yea my mortgage company just called and said they don't need the interest either, it was just so they could take it away and make me happy
