Take this point, for example. You are displaying a basic lack of understanding about how modern businesses are financed.

Tan has basically cancelled the interest terms of any money he has lent to the club. As owner, he is in effect lending the money to himself, while using the club as collateral for the funding.

Does that sound familiar? It should. It's how the Glazers bought Utd, one of the most financially successful clubs in the world.

You dont seem to understand what is being said here. He said debt to equity will take place correct? If this is the case then what does it matter what the % interest was? It may well have been 100000007%. It is a worthless loan note that you cant afford to pay back anyway.

Im not aware of a bank yet who claim they will write off all you owe on houses. Pm me, id love to know. If they do then it doesnt matter what they charge as an interest rate... Correct?

I maybe wrong but isnt the 7% still on all existing loans? tan has just stated any future loans will not have the 7% interest on them and thats anything up to 50mill? Thats the way i read the statement I could be wrong

And for city fans to get all excited over 5mill and 7% interest not being charged on loans is laughable. We still play in red with a shit badge. We still owe 140mill out. We still do not know why moody was dismissed. And in my opinion I think malky will be gone by xmas
