Have you seen the figures since rebrand over when we were blue to say if it has been succesfull financially . Because that's what matters in buisness , MONEY , and cardiff city is a buisness . If takings are up the rebrand is succesful whether we like it or not it's about making money and keeping the club going and in that respect tan has been very succesful .
Have you talked to malkey then about this ? I havnt seen a quote from him ?

dear me. Get out of Tan's arse. I couldn't give a rats arse about figures... They wouldn't be biased anyway as we will sell more tops when in the prem anyway, not because they are red.

Agree to a point but the weakness in the anti-Red campaign was that it split support.
The vital thing in the Malky issue that will hopefully be different is that virtually every City fan will be against it, as soon as you bring the Red and Blue into this you run the risk of diluting the argument and support.
Let's concentrate on the sole issue of keeping Malky and registering our discontent against VTs decisions that affect him, then you will really see the power we can generate

Good decisions? We were bankrolled by some loon. Malky is the reason we are in the premiership, helped by Tan's money. He didn't make any decisions.

merchandise and shirt sales have gone through the roof
we sell out our stadium every home game
so how has Tan struggled with merchandise sales
and how has he not consolidated home support? since until we increase capacity we cant fit anymore people in

The inevitable growth of support has seen new fans come in who are following the premiership dream...they were always going to jump on the bandwagon and will be the first to jump off if we got relegated.
To consolidate is to reenforce what you already have, something he plainly hasn't done when existing fans have 1) not renewed season tickets 2) still go to games but do not spend money on refreshments / in club shop..
How many people who wear football shirts to our games DO NOT wear red? Many thousands!
They would have bought the new home kit, along with other merchandising had Tan not made the ridiculously irrational decision to change the clubs colours. I personally would normally have spent 400 on season ticket, 200 on first team shirts for the family, a few hundred on merchandising and with Christmas around the corner , god knows how much more on presents from the club shop. There are thousands like me friend. Do you disagree that his unfathomable decision to change the club colours has driven a wedge through our support?

you said Tan didnt consolidate, has he sold less tickets? jumping on the premier league dream is a cop out fact is its here and for whatever reason people have bought into it and have bought a truck load of merchandise
people can wear what they want at football, as for your football shirt argument, not everybody wears the current kit I see a variety of different shirts at games some old some recent, there are a lot more blue options than red ones. You could just as easily argue people where blue because they have always worn that blue shirt rather than a silent protest.

Mate there haven't been 'unprecedented' sales, not unless you are taking the words of Mr Tan ( upon high) as gospel . The very clear point I ( thought I had) made is that there was scope here to really take off as a club with sales that would have gone through the roof, but that opportunity was lost , owing to ridiculous strategies that have alienated and segregated our support ..
There we are, we are not going to agree on this clearly. Have a good day
