So everyone who wants blue back should support BU? My god you chat some shit

Let people where what they want.

As for the above threads I think BU are best at alienating fans, but then they are superior

The group is everything I dislike about modern football which is funny.

you hate the fact that a group of fans want blue back, yet your username is "2blue2handle" :laughing5:

Nonsense I dislike BU.
I'd love a proper group to support to get us back to Blue who don't stink of self importance, can see why you like them tho chuckles.

Go cash in with the others :)

I'll just keep wearing my Blue and support the city thanks.

Exactlly there seems to be this bollocks that if you dont back BU you dont want the return to blue. What makes them a better fan (not selling their souls) when they attend the same games as me and wear blue like I do but I have still apperently sold my soul because I dont back them

We all sold our soul when that RED plastic season ticket landed on our doorsteps !!!!!!

But wait, I have a badge or even a T shirt that makes me more special than you, because this trinket returns my soul

TLG, Ely boy ect have their souls intact.......... The 25000 who attend every week, well we are all the same, soul or soulless.

Some people on here are such tarts!

Would West Ham fans be so ashamed of claret and blue?

Would Celtic fans be so ashamed of Green?

Grow a pair of bollocks people!

And if you don't feel like you've 'sold your soul' then you have no reason to be offended!

Whose said they are ashamed of blue? More bullshit and scare mongering from our resident victim. Iv'e grown a pair of bollocks and got on with it and won't partake in some ego driven rubbish to get the blue back. Sold our soul? A football clubs soul is the people that follow that club and it's history Tan won't change that for me, soul is more than just the colour we play in.

Cheeky sods telling me I have sold my soul, been supporting city for 56 years, who are these johnny come lately plastics? Not fussed on the red , but It's the City I support not a colour. Those in BU want to find something different to do, and get a life, rather than call us loyal fans soul sellers, they are alienating more and more fans every day, sad sad lives, there are a lot more important things in life to protest about, why don't they pick one of them

Not a big deal, unless of course some people feels it's a bit too close to the truth.

It seems to me that The BU and previous movements/gangs/self appointed spokespersons cannot conduct their business on any level without alienating the very people they need to convince in order to make their propositions viable.

Think you're missing the point here.Supporting the city is a personal thing and the BU is alienating the kind of support it needs to be successful.I can understand them having a pop at Tan though I strongly disagree with it but there seems to be a view held by everyone supporting the BU and previous organizations hell bent on returning to blue at any cost that you ain't a proper supporter unless you hold exactly the same views as them. The sad fact is these people have succeeded in alienating themselves against the rest of the supporters in a way that even Tan could not achieve. In short,I ain't being told by any fucker how I should support the city and my opposition is as much to spite the people that try and tell so and not that I don't agree with their ultimate aim.

'Don't have to sell my soul' is an awful slogan with an obvious and clear implication that Cardiff fans who aren't 100% on board with BU have 'sold their souls'.

a) completely missing the point as to why many fans have accepted the red
b) offensive to those fans, BU will never work when it's a minority, it needs to be getting lukewarm fans on side and this is doing damage that is most likely irreparable
c) is helping to divide fans at a time when we are coming together over how great this season has begun

BU is actually achieving the opposite of what it was set up to achieve, because it is making fans such as myself care less and less about the rebrand.

How has someone who is happy to go red automatically become someone who has sold their soul?

So if people still go to matches when we play in red have we sold our souls as well?

If that's the case - I won't be "Knocking on Heavens door"

Re: Bluebirds unite shop

Well I still watch Cardiff City and Support them, So I hope I am not accused of selling my Soul.
I detest the Red, cant understand why fans wear it, I will never like it, but thats up to them, everyone is entitled to do what they believe and want to do, freedom of choice, but for me its a never.
I have waited 40 odd years to see City in top flight football, yes its come at a terrible price, but I still love my football, it hurts, but in my opinion the best way to protest and feel comfortable at the same time is turn up in Your BLUE with Cardiff City on it  :ayatollah:

Obviously not.

Where have they stated "If you're not a member of BU then you have sold yoru sould"?

It means that WE as fans don't have to accept the rebrand and will always be blue. WE would choose our blue identity over any success.

My personal opinion - The fans who have accepted the red or who are "sitting on the fence" are literally so naive. How can the genuinly believe that the red brings luck. How can they believe that without Vincent Tan as our current owner we would be no more?

ANYWAY, why are you even posting anything negative on this post? - What you see is what you get from the title so jog on

The slogan itself heavily and obviously implies it.

Would you choose blue over the clubs financial security and long term future (or even short term as it was that bad) ?

Thats not it mate.
'Dont Have to sell my soul.'
We shouldnt Have to choose between red success or blue bankruptcy.

Its just making that point. Its not an accusation.
