Personally, I dislike their style of football. I'm all for getting the ball down and passing it about, but there has to be an end product. At some point, you have to attack the other team.

They had 17 shots yesterday and scored 2. they also just beat WBA away 2-0.
This swansea not attacking thing is a myth.

Okay, fair comment on the stats from yesterday's game, but I see them passing it back an awful lot when they could just as easily pass it forward...

Bluebird82 wrote:Passing it back entices the opposition out of their positions which enables a more concise attack. Knocking it forward can lose posession easily and thus their grip of the game.
Passing the ball back can actually be more of an attacking move than passing it forward. One back to allow two forward as it were.
If teams only passed forward the game woukd be ridiculous.

That'll explain the 17 pass move all along the floor leading to the equaliser against Manchester City, or the sublime passage of play from Lewis to Caulker through Maynard to Cowie who provided the beautiful pass for Whittingham to finish with aplomb Saturday. If that's your cliched definition of Hoofball you clueless Kent, then you're in for a big shock in those two games![]()

come back when you have played decent opposition and don't mention Man City since they played their worse game in their Prem league history and gifted you the win lol

I despair sometimes. We've played Man City who were fancied by most to win the league, Everton who finished above Liverpool last year, and West Ham away who had an excellent home record last year!
Do you remember when they first got promoted? They didnt score a f*cking goal for about 6 months!

We've proved we can compete with a couple of the best sides in the land. That's a good enough start. Step by step progress on and off the pitch

ok lets see.
West Ham.. you lost without even having a shot on goal
Man City .. you won but Man City played their worst game and strangely afterwards no pundits said that Cardiff played well just the City was awful..
Everton.. a nil nil bore fest which you should have lost as the everton where denied a penalty they should have had
Hull.. even with Danny Graham playing for them you couldn't beat them and he cant score any more ..
so yeh you are really competing with the best in the land![]()
