Frederick Young, licensee of a pub in Shenfield, was convicted under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act of 1988, of six offences of dishonest reception of a television reception, according to the Independent.
He was fined £2,500 for each offence and also ordered to pay £4,522 in court costs.

If it is the caravan park in Bynea then only about 3 miles. The vista lounge is in Llanelli town centre.

some might be doing that illegally but the better systems out there have the premier league logo s taken off which means people not breaking any copy right laws ,the firm i have used won there case in the high court recently against copyright against the premier league do to them being a European private media company ,as long as landlords are buying streams for a european registered company and are not showing the premier league logos during live games its totally legal![]()
also for the record sky are not taking people to court the premier league are for breach of copyright using there logos on live games sky can only take people to court for using there cards illegally ie using home cards in pubs
