no thats not a FIFA regulation that was a FAW decision that wouldnt allow us to compete they could have but they chose not to can happily compete in the English Syste but until 2012 we couldnt qualify for Europe.

If you believe entering another countries cup is legitimate then emplore the club to apply to the governing bodies im sure they would love to put the complications to bed. If you are in the english leagues the proper way to qualify is through the english route, if you dont like it, tough titties, its the way.

What other teams do in their leagues governed by different coefficient governing bodies with arrangements with UEFA or FIFA is up to them - they arent major leagues, im sure it will get sorted in time too. The only proper way Swansea and Cardiff can qualify for europe is via the english system and only a c**t would try and say otherwise. Now maybe the thread can get back on topic.
