Clueless tw*t. If you think for one second Hammam would have walked away from £17m if he
didnt have to you must want your bumps feeling. He's had what he was due. He was never ever
going to risk being exposed in the High Court.

If sam the scam was paid everything he was owed how come he's back at your club, after all he played a big part in your financial problems to start with.

A CVA is offering an amount to a creditor that you can afford. it is down to the creditor whether they accept or not. they did. Swansea did this while not spending a penny on players simply because they couldnt afford it.

What you did was offering an amount to a creditor which was less than half what was owed even though you were spending more than the full amount on players at the same time. of course it was down to the Langston company whether they accepted or not. they did.

Because Sam has accepted a place at the club as part payment for what he is owed. ( a different amount than that of Langstone)
Besides, he has no financial clout at the club now anyway.

92% of them did and granted it was a company voluntry agreement, which is one rung down the ladder so no pride there. And the point remains that creditors were left vastly out of pocket.
My initial response was against accusations of prostitution and selling out.
Both actions (changing club colours/short changing local businesses) are unsavoury in my opinion. But that is the way of the world at the moment.
I doubt anyone cares if langston got what they claim they were owed.

Show me the paperwork where Sam Hammam Langston was owed £30m+ and I
daresay the Club could show you something shady that was done back then, or
at the very least something that would put him off taking us to court. There's
nothing wrong with holding back if you think there is something shady about a

you lost two more... you would have been on a razors edge last game of the season.

Personally think it'll be about the same. Dependant on the Europa League. If you make the group stage it will most likely cause an effect on the season at sme point. But those suggesting a relegation battle for Swansea
