Your back on the gear surely, didn't think you could possibly make yourself look more foolish than you have previously, but fair play, you proved me wrong there, are you saying now when the press reported that man u had signed Rooney for twenty million pounds, it was all lies?
Considering you make out that you are a business man, it doesn't look like you understand the finances and way that things work in real world.

However way you look at it, he has purchased players to the value of £17m at present with a reported £9m awaiting on the medical of another player, and thankfully still not finished yet. So yes if it all comes off, he is either lying or had underestimated the value of the players needed when he made his £25m statement. Well done Mr Tan
The OP stated that Tan paid the money so whos accounts are you thinking off the clubs or Tans..? and I would have thought that the amount spent on transfer during a financial year would be the instalement total throughout the year rather than agreed sums which percentages haven't been paid yet. I could be wrong mind

It is the clubs debt at present, but as we owe Tan more than we actually own, it would be Tan who will more than likely be paying the debt. and if he turns his current debt to equity, then as the owner of the club it becomes his debt.

Paul Ince's wiki page was also updated to "plays for Cardiff City FC" before he decided against moving to us.
ANYONE can edit a Wikipedia page... Quick, edit Messi's and get him to play for us.

Yes, admittedly VT said that he was giving us £25m, however I always doubted that, since what he also said when he bought the club was "I have no knowledge of football", or something along those lines, so we're dealing with someone who has lots of money who knows nothing about what he's doing, so surely if he quotes something, it's unreasonable to believe him?

Your right Adam Facts Are Facts which made your assertion that Assem Allam had re-branded Hull City to attract potential investors in his "Native" Asia complete bollocks. Painted strips on a Sphinx yet to back up your FACT based assertion.![]()
![]()
Other FACTS you have been spouting for years is that VT was going to cut and run but he is still here, settling Langston, developing a new training ground, extending the stadium, getting us promoted to the Premier League, preparing the club to be listed on the Stock Markets, investing in the playing squad which is pretty much keeping every promise he made at the time of confirming the rebrand.
Another FACT for you is that ALL payments made in transfers are not paid directly by club to club or club to agents etc. All payments are made via the FA who ensure that ALL contractual obligations under the contracts are met in full. If the club signs a player for £10m it doesn't matter one dot if the money is paid upfront as the moment the deal is completed any monies outstanding are "Football Debts" and if a club defaults on a payment the monies will be taken from TV revenues by the FA to complete payments. Cardiff City FC and VT have spent in excess of £25m this summer and that is a FACT.
