The chant has always been the main concern, although other parts are probably exaggerated too. And know I did a quick check before I posted to see if there was any solid evidence and I saw known and people talking about some guy on twitter starting the whole thing. The majority of posters in this thread are doing the same though and jumping to conclusions without 'checking' the facts first.

they don,t have much hope of that mate.the o/b would have a nightmare job policing it.every team barring the red scousers who they have a love in with would want a pop at them for the vocal minorities rebel song/pro i.r.a stance.rangers on the other hand would be a lot less hassle for the o/b.a lot of english lads have a soft spot for them.

The guy said there was a heap of them singing it and it happened again later. He was saddened and embarrassed by it, he is a Celtic fan who was there. It's not hard to grasp the reality of it now. Why would a Celtic fan make this up? There are alot of horrible people who follow Celtic, I never thought they would sink that low however.

Only a handful eh? - and before the apologists start saying Cardiff City sang Argentina songs, yes we did, but
it was aimed solely and squarely at the England Football team

Dont get me wrong. I despise Rangers too, they are happy to sing about "Fenian scum'' getting their arms and

just got into work having been away for 2 weeks...my celtic mate was there at brentford and says that all this talk about Lee rigsby songs is complete Bollox and made up by anti celtic fans.....he also said that it was a brilliant party atmosphere.
and i believe him.

Cant stand celtic myself....always prefered rangers.
