As I said in my first post. Any race/religion not adhering to police instruction should be dealt the same.
Be honest, why did they need to walk past that particular mosque?
Not sure what this westminster abbey thing is?

I see you havent answered any of my previous questions
walking past a mosque isnt offensive in itself as neither is practicing prayers
however
Tommy and the EDL walking past a mosque threatening muslims and shouting go to hell paki bastards is offensive
same as if these muslims launched a direct attack on the church of england or westminster abbey that would be offensive
if the EDL marched passed that mosque it would have kicked off you know. I know it, Tommy knew it.
Muslims saying prayers in westminster without incident isnt a crime

Not really, religion has caused problems in the past and still in the present and always will.
Bare in mind I'm a staunch atheist and I'm rather close minded on a religious topic.
well if your going to be closed minded I would say stop getting involved in discussions where religion is involved
if your an athiest thats fine as is your choice but then stop presuming what is right and wrong for religions otherwise you aint much different from the poster here claiming to be offended on behalf of the church of england. As muslims werent standing toe to toe against the church of england, as far as I know it was very peaceful, I fail to see how religions can be blamed for Tommy Robinson getting arrested or whether people should be offended by muslims praying in westminster.
I'm merely having my say, what's wrong with that? With out trying to sound nit picky do you only have to be religious to get involved in a religious debate?
no not at all freedom of speech and all that but if your going to make a general statement such as religion causing problems, I would like you to explain how religion has caused a problem in this particular situation because not being a member of the church of england or a muslim I fail to see how either of these religions have caused a problem. So do you want to elaborate or are you going to stick with your original statement
Let me ask another question. The answer will help me with my answer. Are the EDL religious?

Sorry but your generalising everything with no real understanding
you may not of liked the muslim protests with 'british police go to hell' but they did stick to the agreed route as set up by the protest group and the police, something the EDL fails to struggle with.
you may not like how muslims conduct their religious ceremonies but they have done this for centuries why should they change, technology changes but the way they practice hasnt
No I dont like the way Christians are treated in Iran, Iraq, Pakistan or Saudi Arabia thankfully I live in a country that allows the free practice of religion something you dont appear to support.
I am saddened that I cant visit Mecca I have visited many religious landmarks and not just of my own religion but of many religions.
Religions may not work together in the countries you mention but they do in this country I have seen it first hand and I see it all the time. If you dont want to recognise that, thats your problem not this countries.
Let me ask you again what religious denomination do you belong to?

Yet again. you totally refuse to accept that the Call to Prayer at Westminster Abbey was a deliberately provocative act but do
not come back with an innocent alternative as to why they did it.
Incidentally, my religious denomination has absolutely no bearing on my mistrust of Islam. When i see hundreds of Islamic youths attacking EDL extremists yet not one Islamic youth has ever attacked their own extremist Choudary, thats all the evidence i need that there is something deep rooted and wrong in the muslim communities. Or can you give me ONE good reason why Choudary is never attacked

Well I dont know why they chose to pray outside westminster abbey but when you google it you get pages and pages of BNP, NF and EDL pages condemning it so I cant find any view form a muslim perspective so until I do ill reserve judgement.
I dont know why you feel so offended on behalf of the Church of England, im pretty sure they can talk for themselves being the only religious denomination with a political voice in this country also if the dean of westminster wanted to put a protest in he would have.
Ill give you a few good reasons why Choudary isnt attacked same reasons why Catholic communities didnt attack the IRA or protestant communities didnt attack the loyalist movements, because they are scared or what people like Choudary will do to people in the muslim community who stand against them, same way as Catholic communities were scared of what the IRA would do to them. People in this country have very short memories.

The only Muslims being watched are the ones suspected of being terrorists. But Muslims are allowed to march and preach hatred against Britain, as seen in Luton.

Who are also, more than likely, being closely monitored. Even if they aren't there are a lot of Muslims in this country, it's hard to monitor them all aswell as other potential threats.

Any Muslim preaching hatred again us or our country should be arrested immediately. We would if we preached hatred at Muslims and their religion. Our government is bending over backwards to please these people and it stinks!
